UPDATE** Pedicure by Paula and beyond happy. Took her time; loved the interaction and loved My pedi. Helped with color choice and did amazing with polishing. Highly Recommend requesting her If I could give 100 stars I would! I finally found my nail home .. TY Summer for your hard work today and for being personable funny sweet and mostly a new friend . Made sure my nails were shaped perfectly and took her time .

John did my nails. He was really concerned about making sure he didn’t hurt me (one of my nails got completely ripped off at my job, so it was thinner than paper to work with). I showed them two pictures that were totally different from each other and he was able to do a beautiful harmony of both. I work with my hands, so he also made my nails look nice and short without looking stumpy. They are much more comfortable of a length for my needs. Thanks, John!!

Paula was awesome! She was quick and did a great job! Everyone was also very friendly and reasonably priced!

Addendum to address shop’s comments: 1. When I requested the classic manicure I asked if there was an upcharge for a French manicure with the classic and showed the phot. I was told it would be a $5 upcharge and was fine paying that. However, at no time prior to the start of my classic manicure was I told what I asked for could not be done for that cost + upcharge. It wasn’t until the worker started putting white polish on the top 3rd of my finger nail did I re-show her the photo and she went and asked someone else how to do the look in the photo. That is when I was informed my request would necessitate upgrading to Gel or Dip, which I declined. 2. While I understand, Nail polish for a regular manicure does not last as long as gel or dip, it should last longer than a day, and certainly should not chip or begin to peel with normal hand washing! I’ve had regular polish elsewhere last well beyond a week. 3. Your worker never said anything about waiting after the pedicure (nor did the manicurist provide any time frame when she walked away to begin another customer’s service), however, my finger nails were still being polished when he walked away and my feet and the toe separators remained in place well after that to allow for adequate dry time. Photos of polish smudged/missing was carelessness on your shops part. I was told the polish was dry when he finally returned and removed the toe separators and put my shoes on Last photo taken morning of day 5. All other photos taken within 24 hours or less of service. ———— Original review: Disappointing waste of money. Chose this location based on positive ratings, but my experience was far from it. Pedicure 1. technician cut too close to side of my nail bed. Tried to tell him but due to language barrier he didn’t understand. 2. sloppy application of polish. No polish on sides of nail bed and didn’t notice until after I left. Manicure 1. Technician first cut/filed a few nails uneven and needed to point out to her 2. Despite me showing a French manicure photo from their facebook page and she telling me she could do it, when it came time to polish, she didn’t know how to do and then claimed it would only be possible if I did a dip or gel. 3. I reluctantly showed another pic and she couldn’t do that either due to her skill level. 4. I settled for a sparkly polish instead. I could have done a better job! Polish chipping and peeling in less than 24 hours! I’m in town for a wedding and now my nails look awful! Embarrassed to be photographed 5. When she was done polishing she began serving another client. I was left sitting and waiting and waiting. Finally someone came over and removed toe separators and put my shoes on and then walked away. Then I waited several minutes for someone else to come over so I could pay. The end results were certainly not worth the $70+ I paid. A manicure even when not gel or dip should last longer than 6 hours!

Love all the techs here! Nathan and LeeAnn are my favorite but everyone is so sweet! Individuality owned and operated support your local small businesses! Nice and relaxing atmosphere to get a mani and pedi!
