The first time I went I had a great experience with Marina (spell check). She was able to deliver the design I showed her almost exactly. While the first manicure took a while (around 3.5 hrs) I expected it due the extent of the designs (pictured first; dark blue set). The second time I went, I booked the same way, via telephone with "the manager". I requested the same services, long gel manicure with designs. She booked my appointment with Yuliya. I sit in the chair and show her my desired nails (pictured second; different colors on each nail). She gets the manager and the manager informs me that Yuliya doesn't do any type of design, I ask about French tip, she says she can do it. So I ask that she does the French tip with a different color on each nail as a kind of combination of my desired style and French tip. She refuses and says she'll only do white French tips. Despite this being quite odd and a bit absurd I agreed to do solid colors on each nail with both hands a different color. Yuliya later suggested I interchange the two colors on the middle and ring finger to which I agreed (pictured third; blue and yellow set). Keep in mind, I did need 2 nails repaired (my thumb broke during the course of the manicure + my pointer). While I am happy with the quality and look of my latest set it took 4.5 hrs. The basic manicure lasted so long that the manager wasn't even there when I finished at 8pm so I called the next day and asked if there was anything that could be done about the inconvenience of me not being the design I wanted and the extreme delay (as the service time listed for a long gel manicure is 2.5 hrs on the website). She asked why it took so long and I told her I didn't know as Yuliya refused to do any designs and it was a basic gel set. The manager said she'd talk to Yuliya and get back to me but I never heard anything so I will not be returning. Despite being in love with the final products, I take my time and customer service very serious.

I love my Russian manicure done by Aia, she does them perfectly and neat. The studio has so many cool, beautiful gel color nail polish, that would suit your choice personally. Highly recommend their studio!

first time trying Russian manicure and I can never go back to regular manicure they did such a great job it definitely takes longer but so worth it will be back

I visited here 6/8/25 for the first time to experience a Russian manicure. Overall the manicure prior to the polish was good. The attention to detail of the cuticles is my favorite part. But the polish has been the issue. I’m not sure if the polish is low quality or if my nails were not given enough time to set under the UV lamp. But as you see in my first picture that I had chipped one nail just hours after getting my nails done because my nail had a huge air pocket and the polish was starting to peel. So I called and the scheduled for them to fix it the next day 6/9/25. They fixed the nail shown and my thumb on the same hand. But now I have little micro air bubbles and air pockets in other nails that started to pop up. Luckily it hasn’t started peeling yet, but I think it’s only because the edges are cured, but for some reason there are mini air pockets in the middle of some of my nails where it’s not cured. I usually would have gone back because I paid a lot of money for this manicure (over $90). But I’m from out of state, so I can’t just jump up and drive there. The atmosphere is nice and clean, but for the price, I don’t like the bad quality polish or technique. I can’t say I’ll be back.

I searched TT and kept seeing this salon and booked a same day apt. A bit alarmed at the “give your card # so if you’re late, they keep 1/2 the amount”- but I did it. I show up 10 minutes early and I am currently sitting 30 mins later with no nail tech. So, basically they overbooked BUT if you’re late they keep 1/2 the amount….no repercussion for them being over 30 mins late for their apt. No thank you. I walked out, unfortunately.
