Lavish Nails

I went in for a natural French tip on my hands and a regular French tip on my feet. There were four employees working, and when I asked how long it would take, I was told they couldn’t do both at the same time, but my manicure would start once the technician finished her set. Partway through my pedicure, Kim came over to put my nails in acetone because two other customers had walked in. My hands ended up soaking for over 15 minutes while she worked on someone else. The pedicure itself was pretty good—efficient overall, though my right big toe wasn’t perfect. The manicure was where things went downhill. I told the tech several times that I didn’t want ombré, but she still tried it twice. There seemed to be a language barrier, and the final look didn’t match the photos I had shown. On top of that, when I pointed out the sticky glue left under my nails, I was told it was because of the acetone—which made sense but sucks given how long I was sitting with my hands in it. I paid $156 ($124 after a new customer promo plus tip). Overall , being there 3 hours I don’t see myself going back. *** update based on the owners reply to my review*** You mentioned you “usually” ask the customers to wash their hands since it isn’t ‘always’ maybe that’s why you failed to tell me to do it, otherwise I would have. I told Kim and the man about the leftover residue and nothing was done. I also had a new set three weeks ago, so I’m not understanding what you’re aiming at.

I had such a fantastic experience at the salon! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm, clean, and welcoming. My nail technician was incredibly attentive, taking the time to understand exactly what I wanted. The manicure itself was meticulous—beautiful shaping, flawless polish application, and a relaxing hand massage that made the whole experience feel luxurious. The color selection was amazing, and my nails came out looking absolutely perfect.

I absolutely love coming to Lavish Nails! The environment is very friendly and welcoming. They’re clean and always do an amazing job on my nails. The management is so great. They’re clean, they don’t hound you for extras and they give you info on their products and they listen to your feedback. My 3 year old has enjoyed her nails done here also. Highly recommend! And their Moscatos are very yummy 😋 (when kid free of course)! Sip and relax. Love coming here! Thank you Lavish Nails! Y’all are the best! ❤️

Holly did an amazing job on my nails! Matched my inspiration picture perfectly. I told her that I love having long nails, but it just doesn’t work with me typing all day. She was able to give me the perfect shape. Ben was great with my pedicure also!
