2025-12-16The customer service that I reviewed from those who helped me were amazing. I got my nails done one day and decided to come back for my toes the next. I’m giving it a 3⭐️ because although I loved my nails, they started to chip right away. I don’t use my hands to do much like picking my teeth or anything like that. I went back and got it fixed and the next day another nail chipped. I hate that they’re chipping SOOO easy. So yeah, that’s why I gave it a 4. Everything else was amazing. I had a great experience

2025-09-03I am very pleased with this place. Especially my nail tech, Tom. He was very patient with me. After having my nails done elsewhere, I was a bit nervous. However, I was able to share with him what I did not like about the previous manicure. He was able to fix my nails. He was so patient and kind. And his attention to detail was phenomenal. I will be back and will ask for him by name. Thank you Tom for making my experience here a pleasant one.

2025-11-17When this place first opened, I had two negative experiences. I decided to give it another try last week since it had been a few years. Wow! Katie is phenomenal!! I am extremely picky and I would have to say my nails are as close to perfect as I have ever had them. They are even, shiny, and bubble free. She's also lots of fun to talk to! Thanks for a great experience Katie.

2025-08-08Malibu nails has fantastic customer service and is very reasonably priced.The staff is attentive and ensures you are taken care of. My go to girl is Katie, I can’t recommend her enough. She is extremely detailed oriented and takes her time to match any inspiration picture or shape requests. I always leave Malibu nails feeling feminine and pampered. Go see Katie ladies, you won’t be disappointed! Below are pictures of pink cat eye tip nails she did recently for my daughter. And the pearl white are from my visit today.
