Bamboo Nails & Spa

A few years ago, I tagged along with my best friend to get our nails done. Upon walking in the door, we were greeted with a hello and a beautiful smile. That day, I sat at Tee’s work station and she has been my favorite nail tech ever since that day. I’m very particular about how I want my nails. Tee knows my likes and dislikes. She’s friendly, professional, knowledgeable and skillful. I’ve also had pedicures by the other techs and the service was great. I highly recommend Bamboo Nails & Spa; the service is top notch and the staff is friendly and professional.

My girlfriend and I have been looking for a permanent nail place since I moved up here recently. We’ve tried two other places before but didn’t enjoy the last experience we had. So we did some more research and found this place nearby and with great reviews. It was a slow night and we didn’t have to wait long, my nail lady really listened and checked about my shape, how to set up my broken nail, length etc. and you could tell she really focused on the shape of the nails which is so important with dip. They had lots of colors to choose from and my girlfriend also had the same great experience as me, well love our nails and will return soon. They had a young man come in for a quick service and we overheard he had been coming with his mom since he was 6 and I saw another review on here from someone else who said they came here with their mom as a kid and now go as an adult. That says so much about a business to have nice and happy regulars!

DO NOT GO HERE!!! I don't normally write reviews but I do not know how this place has 4.7 stars. I have NEVER had this bad of an experience. I should've told them I was not paying but I did anyways. Inspo pics included. The artists were late upon opening of the store, and debated on whether or not the artists could do the design. I told them if they can't, no problem I am happy to just get one color. They insisted they could do the design. I left in tears I just wanted to feel pretty and get my nails done which I do once in a blue moon. Nothing about the service I received was finished. As you can see in the picture, the design is not completed, polish is on my skin, paint is missing, ect. Bamboo nails, next time just tell someone you can't do complicated designs rather than making someone pay $110 for this monstrosity.

Honestly Im extremely upset.I got a fullset with tips 5 days ago.Yesterday 1of my nails just came off and just now another fell off & another one is about to come off on the other hand.I came to the location and advised them and they said they was closing i had to come back Monday!Now I guess I have to just take them all off when and go somewhere else .Its just been 5 days Im extremely mad because its Saturday and nowhere is going to want to go over someone elses work ,Ill have to try and take them all off and see if a shop is open tomorrow.I did nothing for them to be just falling off ..I come here often and the guy normally does them but the lady did them this time..I have a baby so I cant just be going to the nail shop every other day this is so upsetting & tacky.It only would have took them about 10 min to fix their mistake smh

I had both a manicure and pedicure, they were both done at the same time so I wasn’t there very long. I love the massage chairs while they’re working on me. I’ve been going there for over 18 years. They do an excellent job and are very willing to please. It’s so relaxing. This is the only nail shop I will go to.
