Wynn Nail Spa

I was disappointed in my expensive experience here. I scheduled an appointment a week in advance, I arrived at my appt time and the front desk person seemed unaware of my appt. I was told they would do my pedi first and nails after, which I was unaware of since I asked when scheduling my appt if they’d be able to do both at the same time. I guess the person on the phone didn’t understand the question. After my pedicure was done, I still waiting another 10 minutes, finally starting my nails around 1230. I showed the nail tech what I wanted, and she got a quote of $135 from the lead tech. I told her as long as the quality was good and it would last for the next week for my wedding photo shoot that the price was fine. During the appointment, I noticed how dirty the countertop towels and supplies were. Tools and grinders for the drill were not cleaned, tools were being passed between my tech and the tech next to us, and I felt very uneasy about the cleanliness. The nails came out looking good, and after I paid I left. The next day, I washed my hands a few times, and was shocked to see that the silver color on the gems that were added was peeling off? Now I have what has been uncovered as green colored gems on my white and chrome nails… it’s clear that the top coat did not seal the gems. I’m not happy with the experience although it looked good when leaving the shop. For $210 without tip, the gems should’ve been sealed.

Service was good until the end. I asked for a pedicure and full set. Ombré nails I always get with powder, but the nail tech used airbrush. That was fine. The problem came about when she began using the airbrush machine and it was not charged. They only had two and neither worked. I was in the shop for an extra hour well past closing time to finish my nails. I asked the owner for a $5 discount at least and he said no. The lack of customer service was horrible. I asked several times and was told no. After all the time I spent at the very end they offered a $5 gift card I declined because I will not be back. Nails were cute though so that’s why I gave 2 and not 1

Today was my first time trying wynn nails and this was one of the best experiences I’ve had since moving to Texas, Evan was amazing and did everything that I asked for and more! I definitely will be coming back 😭❤️

I’ve been to several salons in the Duncanville, cedar hill and DeSoto areas and I finally found my spot! My mom and I came here and had a great experience. We both love our nails and toes. I got tips, my mom got gel. Claire did my nails and Tammy my toes! Lynn did my mom’s nails.
