I’ve been here 4 times now and have gotten pedicures and manicures. The workers are so sweet and have done such a great job on my nails. This place has much more reasonable prices than other nail salons in the area.

Alex always does an amazing job! My nails never chip, even as they grow out, and he always makes sure they look perfect. He’s honest about colors (he’ll tell me if one won’t look good!) and helps keep me looking polished and up to date. On top of that, he’s just a wonderful person—always friendly, smiling, and professional. Highly recommend him if you want nails that last and service with a smile!

Updated 9/10/25: I love Pleasant View Nails! I love to get more than just solid colors and they never disappoint. Highly recommend!! Called on the way home from work to schedule an appointment. Was told to come on in even though it would be after 6 before I arrived. Alex did a superb job on my nails. I had been going to another salon but not anymore. Manicure and dip. I will be back!!!!

I want to take a moment to provide some honest feedback regarding my recent experiences at your salon. Unfortunately, I have decided that I will not be returning as a customer. Over the past six months, I have noticed a decline in the level of service provided. My last two visits, in particular, were extremely disappointing and are the reason for my decision. The lack of training and consistency among nail technicians is concerning. Many seem unsure of how to use equipment properly or even which tools are appropriate for certain services. During my most recent appointment, I requested a fill. Instead of completing the service as requested, the technician cut off one of my nails. When I questioned this, she provided an inaccurate explanation, claiming it was a tip that had lifted. That was not the case—the nail was my natural nail, with no tip at all. This kind of miscommunication and lack of skill not only leaves me dissatisfied but also makes me question the quality standards and training provided by your salon. I am disappointed that what was once a reliable experience has turned into something I can no longer trust. I hope you will take this feedback seriously, as other customers share similar frustrations based on your other 1 star reviews. Do better!
