Nail Trix

I'm always hesitant to try new nail salons and am very picky, but this one is amazing! Lee and kim did such a great job on my dip Mani and pedi. I will be going back.

They took lots of extra care for my pedicure and manicure. My nails were a mess! Overgrown, old polish chipping, my cuticles were wild, half my fingernails were broken. And they look amazing. Amazing job

Great experience, Lee and Kim have an excellent business, great atmosphere very polite. Very clean very enjoyable. I’ve be coming for years today. today. I met a new employee. I didn't actually receive any services, but I had an appt at 2:00. Sophia called me at 1:55; didn't identify herself or the salon. Just said, "You got 2:00 appointment?" Even though I was turning into the parking lot (again, 5 mins before appt), it took me a minute to figure out who she was and from where. Then she asked if I could come later (again, I was already in the parking lot). I recalculated my day and my next appt, after I had already rearranged my day to get there at 2. I said I could come back in 10 minutes. She said, no you come at 3:00?. Um, no. She proceeded to tell me that her husband just told her that he had to take their daughter to [fill in the blank...some child's event] and she would be there by herself. How is this my problem? Maybe I would have been more compassionate if she had apologized for inconveniencing me or had been anything other than rude, unprofessional, thoughtless, self-centered, or in any way a decent human. Instead I was stunned by her behavior that I agreed to a 3:00 appt on Saturday, a day she had told me she was already booked up solid. I came to my senses the next day and cancelled my appt. at 2:50, double the notice she gave me. No, I will never go back to Nailtrix. Frankly I had been there about 10 times before, and had gotten mediocre service every time, usually by nail techs who pretend to understand English, only to do the opposite of what I politely ask for.

Absolutely would NOT GO HERE AT ALL!!!! First off I don’t get my nails done but my grandmother does. She has gone here a bunch of times before. She called Friday to see when the next appoinment was and a man answered and said, “No one wants to talk to you hang up.” Like what the heck. I’ve been a few times to take her and there hasn’t EVER been a problem. A lady called back about 1pm and she answered and said, “what do you need?” And said she had nothing available ever and proceeded to hang up. Probably won’t go back unless there is a LONG apology before that’s ridiculous. THIS IS NOT HOW YOU CONDUCT BUSINESS
