LUXE NAILS

Danny is absolutely amazing and very meticulous (which I appreciate above all), he never rushes and always does an incredible job. Thi is one of the sweetest ladies and gives THE BEST pedicure, hands down. She also never makes me feel rushed and takes her time. Scheduling, in my opinion, is super easy and the girls at the front desk are always polite.

I had a 'me' day today and started with a French manicure, a rare treat for me. John did a great job and brought me glass of wine and finished with a relaxing hand massage. A wonderful start to the day.

I've actually tried their services multiple times... the results greatly depend on the technician. I've had several that are just "learning".. one worker told me it was her loved ones first day.. no English.. had to keep grabbing someone so that we could communicate, her skills were very poor.. the didn't want to correct.. the younger gentleman that is the "manager" is always aggressive.. and abrupt. Even today, I was patiently waiting in line, there was a young lady in front of me who was speaking with the receptionist, and I also had a question prior to checking in.. and he came around the corner and YELLED at me "CHECK IN, CHECK IN".. I shook my head because I wasn't gong to yell over those two ladies and across the room that I had a question (approximately how long is the wait) but he continued to YELL at me over these ladies.. and he wasn't inside the reception area.. so I finally just turned around and left. Another day I was there and the receptions only put me in for a pedicure..not both mani and pedi.. and I prefer to only have a lady do my nails.. I'm old and don't feel comfortable having a male touching me/my legs, etc.. and he kept insisting that a man do my pedicure.. ( I was already taken back into the back corner of the store).. I said NO several times..and each time he replied back to me, he would step closer and raise his voice.. and after the 3rd NO THANK YOU, I will come again another day, He got right up in my face.. to the point I put my hand up toward him and loudly said STOP, BACK UP and quickly left the store.. It might just be his culture.. but he's so aggressive.. I even noticed it with the workers.. Plus, if you go on the weekend, there's not enough ventilation .. it's a strong smell..

Thought I had finally found a decent place to get a pedicure. 3rd time back and very disappointed. The technician was more interested in talking to the technician next to him than actually working on my feet. Didn’t take the calluses off or smooth the heels, didn’t put a clear coat on and the entire pedicure was less than 30 min. They weren’t even busy to justifying rushing through the pedicure. Now to find another nail salon who may actually care about what they do.

Just moved here from out of state been with my same nail lady for 12 or 13 years was kind of worried about getting a new nail tech first try found a great nail tech. Thank you so much for the great work.
