Terrible! The manager is very rude! He Sits there texting or scrolling on his phone while doing your nails, taking several breaks. One lady cannot even do a full set but they have her doing nails. I have seen several customers come back complaining on the job that she had done. Also, they try and charge you extra for every little thing. I’ve been to many salons in the area and this one is the worst. Take your money and go elsewhere!

The manager Michael reached out to me within days offering to make sure I had a better experience which I thought was a great reflection on the business to start with! But MY GOODNESS when I tell you how amazing my experience was this time around I mean AMAZING! Amy did my nails and she is flawless! Friendly, and my new nail girl! Everyone was super kind, apologetic and this is why second chances are so important! I am so glad I came back!! Thank you all so much!
