Jenna was absolutely amazing and even though it was a very long 10.5 hour appointment I wouldn't have wish to have the experience I did with anyone else. Liz was also absolutely amazing she was such a delight to be able to talk to while Jenna did my hair. I can't wait for my next hair adventure with Jenna.

I genuinely enjoyed the atmosphere and the attention to detail throughout my visit. My first experience at Winchester was beyond amazing. Mrs. Kim welcomed me with such warmth, Liz was incredibly kind and made me feel completely at ease, and Jeanna—just being her authentic self—made the experience even better.
