American nails & spa

This was by far the worst nail salon experience I’ve ever had. From the moment I walked into American Nail & Spa in Anderson, I regretted it. The place is absolutely filthy — dust on every surface, nail clippings on the floor, and the tools looked like they hadn’t been properly sanitized in ages. The chairs and stations were sticky and grimy, and the whole shop smelled bad. It honestly felt unhygienic and unsafe. As for the staff, they were extremely rude and dismissive. I was treated like an inconvenience from the second I walked in. They had zero interest in answering questions, and when I politely asked about a service, the employee literally rolled her eyes. Instead of being welcoming or professional, they rushed through everything and acted annoyed that I was even there. On top of that, the quality of the service was terrible. Sloppy work, rough handling, and not even close to what I asked for. My nails looked worse when I left than when I came in. I was shocked they even charged me for the mess they called a manicure. I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but this place is beyond unacceptable. Between the disgusting environment, the rude staff, and the horrible service, I can’t warn people strongly enough to stay away. There are plenty of other nail salons in Anderson that actually value their customers and maintain a clean, professional shop. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration — I will never set foot in here again.

I got a pedicure and it was amazing. I had Ena and she did an amazing job. Love the color and service. Would recommend and come back!

I brought the luxury pedicure, was there over 2 hours. Did not receive a massage, was refused a color that they had because it would not work. Once they decided I could get a color I could get, it was painted horribly and missed spots. I tried to reach out to them and they will not do anything to help out. I was treated so badly. I would not recommend them at all.

These ladies are so sweet. They stayed open late for me, offered me a soda/water, were so friendly and I left happy with my nails. Definitely will be going back.

I love this place and the people that work here are absolutely awesome. In all my years of getting my nails done Katie is the best. I highly recommend her or any of the others. She can do any design that I've ever requested. If you want friendly amazing work then this is the place to be. . Katie is the owner and is so amazing and Q she does the best pedicure ever . If you haven't been yet you not getting your nails done right because I'm serious when I say this is the best nail place ever.
