Happy Nails of Anderson

We had 4 in our group for a walk-in (3 simple manicures and 1 men's nail trim.) We went to another place first but it was going to be quite a wait. We called Happy Nails and they said they could accommodate our group. I'm very happy with how my nails turned out. My sister wasn't happy with the color when it was finished so they removed it and re-painted hers, no charge. I would definitely come back again.

It was edited 3 WEEKS ago because I changed the rating down to one star since there was no reply made after I made this review on July 7th. That's all you had to say out of my whole review and it is now August 30th? Yeah, I can definitely say it was a HUGE mistake coming to you guys to get my nails done. 10 out of 10, would not recommend you guys even to a homeless junky. No wonder you have a 2.5 star rating on YELP. The name of your shop should be Crappy Nails of Anderson. And let me tell you, I've had some crappy service done from some places in Easley. But this place takes the cake for the worst nails I've ever had done in my entire life.*** I am NOT happy. This is gonna be long. I will try to post pictures. I went here Sat, 6/5/25 at 4:32-7:01pm with my husband for my birthday to give them a try. I usually go to TLC in Easley. We got pedicures (Pedi in a box package- husband got wax for his feet/ I asked for deep callous removal), my husband got a manicure, and I got a full set done. The ladies did great on my husband's services, but NOT mine. The lady who did my toes made them look pretty, my only complaint was that I did not get the included pedi massage which is no big deal. However, she was always looking away and was not focusing on what she was doing at all. Now my nails! They look terrible. I started at table 2, and a lady came in needing services and did not want the man at table 6 to do her nails. So, I was sent there to table 6 so the lady could go to table 2. Now I know why she didn't want the man at table 6 to do her nails. I asked for COFFIN-SHAPED nails. What I got was this CHUNKY, UNEVEN, CROOKED, FAT, MESS.. He was very sweet, but he didn't do a good job at all. It looks like someone beginning to learn to do acrylics did my nails. They look so bad I wanna rip them off. My middle finger nails are longer than the rest. If I wanted my nails to look like this, I would've bought a cheap acrylic set from Walmart to do them myself. Instead, we spent over $200 on this. I never should've cheated on TLC in Easley, but I wanted to give a place closer to home a try. Especially because the pictures and reviews from this place seemed great. Now I regret it. This was the only thing I asked my husband for, on my birthday.

I have been coming to Happy Nails ever since they located in Anderson. That was a new world for me and I have enjoyed their services ever since. The staff has always been creative and very kind. I can always depend on them to take good care of my needs. I sometimes get gift certificates for my friends. When I was working my customers always complimented me on my nails.

I have gone a few times and felt ok, but the last time I went the guy named Vo did manicure and a young girl did my pedicure. Vo cut my cuticles until they bleed. When they did, he smirked and tried to continue. I demanded that he stopped. He said something to young lady and lol. She didn't lol. Now I have hangnails all over my nail beds and they hurt. The young lady did not do a great job but my toenails are ok. Never had this to happen at any place. He didn't even say sorry when he saw my nail bed bleeding on several nails. Did not offer any discount or anything. I added pics but they do no justice.

Came in for a manicure and pedicure. See the had some upgrades done since I was here last. And as I was getting my pedicure done I realized why I stopped coming. I had to go home a REDO my pedicure basically paid for services but only received someone rubbing oils and lotion on my feet so I didnt even bother getting the manicure.
