Worst experience ever. I had been here before 2 times. The first time i was here they did a great job. I got a pedicure and a full set acrylic on my toes, she had taken her time and gave me a nice massage. The second time i came here i had brought my sister to do hair nails for her birthday and they also did a great job but, this third time i came they did terrible. I first got a pedicure with acrylic toes. She didn’t take her time at all, she didn’t buff my callus, she didn’t massage and i asked for french toe nails and they all came out uneven (one toes french tip came out thicker than the other one). I then decided to do a full set of acrylic nails and i had been told a price at the beginning before starting anything, at the end i ended up paying a different amount(i payed more than the amount i was told). Almost At the end of everything she cuts my skin with the drill, my hands end up looking like the ones in the picture, i have nail glue on my skin, my set of nails looked all scratched up due to the drill ( they didn’t buff them out before putting a top coat), the acrylic on one of my pinkys and some other fingers are extremely thick and bulky, and my french tips are not well done. I am extremely disappointed bc i payed a big amount just to not get a good service done? How is that fair? I work my butt off for my money and i end up spending it at this place for me to end up getting terrible service. I don’t recommend this place and i will never be coming back again.

I always have a really great experience when I leave here. Kim is a really nice and GREAT nail tech. I love my nails every time she does them! I have also seen a lot of her work and it is great. Y’all make sure to go and ask for Kim.

I don’t typically have my nails done but would highly recommend Sandy at VIP Nails & Spa. I got a gel manicure with nail art for upcoming Halloween trip and she nailed it! I showed a picture of what I wanted and I got it! Her attention to detail is stellar!

Worse experience I’ve had in a long time. I use to come on a regular basis but the nail techs were horrible then so it’s been like 3years. Decided to give them another try and this happened to be worse than the last time I ever visited. My nails are lumped, polish all over my skin. As I told the nail tech he messed up my replacement nail and shape he yanks my hand with attitude and bust my cuticle open with the file gun. He tries to continuously apologize but that should have been unacceptable behavior anyways after it was his mess up from rushing through my hand. Then I don’t really understand how I paid extra for A length I ALREADY HAD!!! He couldn’t fix my nail right so offered 5x after I told him no the very first to just “cut” my nail down. My jelly pedicure wasn’t worth the money. My feet only set in the jelly for 5 mins. For $63 for that service alone not including my gel polish I should have at least got a 10-15 min soak. The whole service was rushed and I would like my money back. Trying to talk to anyone in there, they swear they don’t understand you when you get to asking for a refund or discount which is very much annoying as well. I could just say so much more but I’ve ranted enough. This place needs better workers or to be closed.

Don’t waste your money! I stopped coming here years ago but gave it a chance again about a month ago and my experience was pretty good. Came back yesterday and it was ridiculous! I think I was his first gel pedicure or pedicure period. Sloppy and quick because he didn’t do what I paid for. A deluxe with gel. I was also going to get a gel manicure but decided not to after I saw how he did my pedicure. Won’t be back because they’re many other salons who do a much better job. Didn’t bother to complain to the manager up front because he was on his phone the entire time.
