Leah was amazing! Sweet young girl. Please get her an updated chair. The only reason not a four is we did the gel and she said it was good to go and it wasn’t. By the time I got home both big toes were missing polish. Ugb

Having gone there once before for a haircut and was pleased. After looking at their prices and services performed on their website I made an appointment to have my hair cut and colored with the same stylist Sammy. Prior to the service starting, I asked questions regarding price and expectations. Feeling confident with the conversation I moved forward with the service. Sammy deposited color on my white roots of about 1/2 inch to my ends in one application. I had asked Sammy during the application if my roots would still be lighter then my ends.She reassured me they would not be. After removing the timed color...sadly my roots were in some areas where white ,some hued red and some a light brown. I said to Sammy I like the over all color but my roots are lighter...much lighter. Sammy first said it's not bad. I replied showing sections where my hair was still white. Sammy became upset...I immediately tried to comfort her..replying its okay..it just needs to be corrected and let this be a teachable moment. I explained I would not leave her as a client ...it would just need to be corrected. Sammy explained That her 3 appointments for the remainder of her Friday schedule were difficult clients and she wouldn't be able to fit me after a brief conversation couldn't be until wednesday for her to fix my hair. Having an important event coming up is the reason why I had my hair done ,I didn't feel it was fair that I waited till Wednesday so I went back Saturday morning to have a very private conversation with her to see if she could fix it Saturday. She replied with I told my boss about the incident and no I can't fix it until Wednesday. I said OK but I can't wait till Wednesday. Then her boss came over the the new owner of the salon. and reply to me like what's the problem. I explained a came in to talk to Sammy to have a private conversation to have a correction done. The new owner then replied yes Sammy told me what happened yesterday and I don't appreciate you upsetting my employees. I replied I was very kind to Sammy she was upset at her performance I think she's a sweet kid. The new owner started raising her voice and interrupting me and denying that my roots were not bad.I replied to her that her own behavior was inappropriate and unprofessional and was just looking for my hair to be corrected and that it was not fair to wait 5 days for my hair to be corrected. I also talked with the owner about the price that I was charged versus the price that I saw on her website and was quoted...Her reply was her website is the least of her concern trying to get her gain growth in her business with customers that come to her business and because she was right next to me denied that I even had that conversation with Sammy because she did not hear it...I feel the salon is deceitful with the pricing...coupled with the poor performance of the stylist and lack of communication skills with the new owner being treated as though a paying customer should not question a service not rendered. Beauty starts from with in.... Overall...I do think Sammy is sweet...she needs to be further educated on hair coloring the right way...I understand mistakes happen. The owner needs to develop better communication skills and learn not to escalate a simple problem if she expects to have growth for a business. I am writing the review because you just DO NOT treat people that way.

I've been feeling pretty down lately so I went to get pampered. Dakota is an absolutely amazing stylist and very professional! If you're looking for a new stylist ask for her, you won't be disappointed!

Went wanting braids, walked out having some of the best I’ve ever seen. I’m giving 5 stars because my requests were followed to a T.

I got a fantastic wash, cut and style experience with Sammi! I've never had a better pixie cut and Sammi really knew what she was doing! She also took her time and showed me how to style short hair around my 4 different cowlicks. Well worth the price, and all of the staff seemed friendly.
