Warm Springs Day Spa & Salon

Had a spa day for my for my girls, their friend and myself for their 16th birthday. So thankful they could get us scheduled in for some spa services (4 facials, 2 pedicures and 4- 30 minute massages) for the weekend i needed otherwise they were scheduling in to late November/early December. We loved the facials by Lily. The two girls that got pedicures by Angelina loved it. Our 30 minute massages were wonderful and relaxing for us. The only part the friend didn't like was her massage therapist talked alot. We highly recommend Wendy, Onca and my therapist Heather. We will be back in the future and I look forward to scheduling with Heather again. Thank you Warm Springs for making us feel great and relaxed.

I used to love this place. Been going here for over a decade. But one day I called with a same day cancellation due to a migraine and I was in the hospital. I called the morning I woke up to cancel and they informed me they would be charging me a same day fee. I offered to provide a hospital note and they refused. Now when I go to book online, I can’t. Had to call in and now I’m required to prepay 100% of services the day I book them no matter how far out the appointment. The massage therapists are great. But the new customer service is very rude and unprofessional, and I will not be going back or recommending this place to anyone ever again for the way I was treated. In response to the reply below, I was asked to prepay 100%, not a down payment. If my schedule changes and I have to reschedule and do it in the grace time, what does it matter? Sorry I same day cancelled four hours in advance for a headache massage when I had a migraine and was throwing up and headed to the hospital to get migraine infusions. Guess I should have just kept my appointment, drove in when I couldn’t see, puking, and skip the hospital. Also I apologize if the provider could not fill the spot, but I always tip very generously which would more than make up for one missed visit. Ingry loved me as a customer and always greeted me with a hug. She’s never brought up any scheduling issues to me.

It was my first time here and I will definitely be coming back. Heather was wonderful, I feel so nice and loosened up. She was very thorough and asked a lot of questions to make sure I had a great experience.

I cannot recommend Onca highly enough! From the moment I walked in, I felt completely at ease. The space was calm, clean, and welcoming, setting the perfect tone for a deeply relaxing experience. She took the time to listen to my concerns and tailor the massage specifically to what my body needed. The pressure was perfect, and her technique was both intuitive and highly skilled — clearly the result of years of experience and genuine passion for the craft.

Heather is an amazing massage therapist. She is also trained in oncology massage. I have recently been diagnosed with stage 3 melanoma. Heather is very knowledgeable and let me know some things I didn't realize or know about massage. I recommend her for any type of massage just not oncology massage. Can't wait to have another massage from her.
