Jessica is seriously the most amazing nail tech I’ve ever had the joy of going to! Her work is absolutely amazing and she puts so much effort into ensuring all clients leave happy and satisfied with their services. She continuously goes above and beyond to fit everyone into her already packed schedule and will often put herself on the back burner in order to ensure her clients are happy and can still get their services done. Unfortunately, entitled potential new clients fail to understand that sometimes she’s unable to book you because of her already booked up schedule with her current clients along with seasonal events such as birthdays, weddings, trips, etc., as well as trying to maintain her personal life. That doesn’t make her, the other employees, or her business bad and to make a poor review on Glitz N Glam being unable to work around YOUR schedule definitely says A LOT about the entitlement of said individuals and their foul behavior. Jessica and everyone at Glitz N Glam are beyond amazing and deserve the absolute best, that includes their clientele 💯

I was not happy with my nails by Aubry so I went back after being told she wouldn't fix them for free she wanted to charge me to fix them. So I had to call the manager(Jessica) because I can't afford to throw away money on my nails. I am still waiting for a call back from the manager and I even left a message. After she finally agreed to fix my nails for free she painted them the tan color which immediately started peeling that night. I even tipped her after both experiences because she is sweet and I liked her I just hated my nails. I just need my money back to fix my nails and they won't refund or even call me back. They also don't wear masks in the salon which I admit I'm also guilty of but it is still not professional at all. I have never asked for my money back in my life and this was the worst experience it's been like war trying to get my money back so I can go get them fixed. I do not recommend this salon. I went and had them fixed today and it cost me another 60$ at a more professional salon Huge waste of time and money!

When you are always the one to do all the running around and managing of life. It's so nice to kick back and let someone else handle the work ❤️ Glitz and Glam is the spot! I happen to get a cancelation spot and I am NOT going any where else! I absolutely 💯 love my nails! Great conversation and a comfy atmosphere! Who could ask for more?! 110% recommend

Glitz and Gram is an amazing place to get your nails. They are friendly, professional and did a great job my wife’s nails and my baby’s nails. I recommend this place for anyone looking for a great nail salon.

Clean, welcoming and friendly people. I love getting my nails done with unique designs and art work. Aubrey is absolutely amazing, talented, and quick to get my in when I need to get it. I'll be continuing to go here for my nail needs.
