I don't usually do reviews, but the service I received here was so TERRIBLE, it would be a CRIME if I didn't leave a review to help other people know just how HORRIBLE the service was. I am a first time customer here. And I will never be returning. I scheduled an appointment for a Haircut, and just a Haircut, but they charged me for a "Haircut + Shampoo". I did not receive the "Shampoo" service, nor did I want it, all I needed was a haircut. And yet they charged me for a service that I did not receive. When it came time to finish at the end of my haircut the Stylist "Joy" asked if I wanted shampoo, and I declined. And she STILL CHARGED ME FOR IT?? When I went to check out she told me the price and I paid and she didn't even offer me a receipt. I had to request that she give me one. No surprise as to why she didn't offer me a receipt, she didn't want me to see that she charged me for a service that she didn't give to me!!! I noticed that in the reviews I am not the first or only person this has happened to, which leads me to believe that this is an intentional thing being done to squeeze more money out of unsuspecting customers. Just like in the other reviews it was a "slow" day and I was the stylist "Joy's" first customer of the day. (Just because it's a "slow" day doesn't mean you can be a dishonest thief and charge people for a service they did not receive "Joy"). And yes, I am not going to tip someone who is trying to steal money from me or who provides terrible service. I messaged customer care online and I have not received any indication of acknowledgement from them. They have not addressed nor replied to me with what has happened and it's already been about 7 days. TERRIBLE SERVICE. NO STARS 0/10 But hey, I guess if you like having your money stolen and swindled from you, maybe this is the place for you.

I came as a walk-in should have made an appointment! But was met by Felicia and she was very polite and helpful with my inspiration picture. She did an amazing haircut and blow out. She deserves a huge tip but I only had a couple of dollars on me. I will revisit Felicia and promise to leave a generous tip. She is very much a professional hairstylist.

Nice lady got the privilege to work with joy she did wonderful and fixed my child's hair. I do appreciate it. Def recommend they work well with children and try to get the results that makes everyone happy. Ladies there were all nice.

Amber is so amazing! She is the best hair stylist I've ever had. Her talent is out of this world. I highly recommend her to EVERYONE. THANK YOU Amber for making me and my daughter always look amazing.

I have tried Cost Cutters a few times with okay results. However this will be my last time! They are already a little higher priced than some of the others but this time I was charged for Haircut/Shampoo. There was no shampooing involved. I don’t believe this was accidental. Things looked a little slow this day so I felt like it was on purpose hoping I wouldn’t notice. I still gave a tip but felt $28.00 was steep just for a 13 minute cut.
