I have been to this salon twice now. Once for a pedi which I really enjoyed. The paint job isn’t perfect but it was a great experience. Unfortunately my second experience has over ridden the first one. I came in with a gel mani requesting that it was removed. My biggest fear was getting my nails butchered in the process and that’s exactly what happened (see photos.) I now have multiple deep gouges in my nail, one of which is nearly all the way through the nail (my ring finger.) It is painful when bumped and even hurts when I wash my hands with hot water. Poor painting or design ability is one thing, but this was painful and showed a lack of care for customers.

Coming back here for all my manicures!! Not only were they just the sweetest people, but they had great attention to detail! And it didn’t break the bank!! I love my nails!

Such a hit or miss outcome for my nails depending on what tech you get. Even if you schedule a certain tech I have come at my time and they aren’t available. 2 of the last 5 were ok but this last one just not good enough to come back. If you do a solid color they are ok for most part. The white is uneven doesn’t look nice. Will not be back. I also know this last time the techs were talking about me which is so unprofessional. Will have to go elsewhere just to fix.

I would avoid this nail salon today when I went in I was very disappointed first started off with my pedicure instead of using the cuticle cutters to clean my nail beds. They use the drill. The girl didn’t speak English so when I asked about it, she just laughed. Then when I got my nails done and another man did my nails, and he was in a really bad mood, slamming things around. He jerked my hand around and was very rough in a hurry. Did not do a very good job then when I picked the color he had gotten the wrong color. I told him that’s not the color that I picked, and he became very angry got up, went and grabbed the samples and threw them on the counter. He had already painted two nails he was talking really mean in another language so I just said that color is fine and got stuck with that color Because he was too aggressive to ask him to change it. Then when I went to go pay, they charged an extra five dollars for my feet to remove the polish and an extra five dollars to remove the polish off my fingers. I thought that was ridiculous because it’s always been included in the price It’s not my first bad experience here, but it will be my last.

Update..... They were my favorite nail place until my last fill. I paid more then I would other places and my nails did not look good. They offered to fix them which was nice but I am limited on time so could not go back in. For that price they should have been perfect. The red polish was very pretty but the fill looked incomplete and the lines were messy. See pictures Taken the same day my nails were done. (Red nails) They did amazing on my nails. I got a full set of solar gel nails. This picture is a week and a half after getting them done. I work unloading trucks and stocking shelves and am really hard on nails. Not one has broken or chipped. They function like my real nails. I will be going back.
