The young girls here are impressive, kind, hospitable, and were clearly raised well. Such gems they were in spending the time they did to take care of my daughter and I during our visit. The attention to detail was fantastic and the care of managing an 8 year old while doing it was at another level! Very well done. I only needed a simple nail trim and even that seemed professional. If you have read any reviews from longer than 6 months that came across to these folks because of their location, these are different owners and workers. This is a dear family with huge hearts and they show them well! Also, if you like snacks and drinks, they are complimentary! Highly recommend these folks! Also, they have tons of parking and are in a convenient location too. They also keep good hours and are open late.

Came here with my mom for the first time. Absolutely loved the Royal pedicure and manicure. Everyone was super friendly and the massage was amazing. Will definitely be back! Edit: minus one star for the face wax. I got a glob of wax accidentally stuck in my hair and there were a few chin hairs left I noticed when I got home. But I understand it's hard to get all the hairs with my skin because I have PCOS and acne scars. Didn't notice how much wax was in my hair till I got home. It's okay though accidents happen. I will still go back for my nails and pedicure! 😊 💅

First visit (pink nails not pictured) I got a lady in her 20s(?) who did the builder gel overlay with such precision and care. Lasted 4 weeks and if I didn’t have so much grow out they would have lasted longer. Was so excited to make this my new salon even if that meant driving from Salem every 4 weeks. Second visit (brown nails with squiggly lines) Walked up the front door to an older gentleman smoking a cigarette not two feet from the door turns out he worked there and went to the office after I was seated. Kinda unprofessional Got an older lady (almost seemed like an owner) she did my nails quite well. A little different technique than the first girl I had. She cured my whole hand instead of each individual nail as I went. Then when it was time for polish she got a new customer who had an appointment and they argued over who was gonna take the customer and then sped up my service. The design costed 10$ extra which would have been fine but the lines are sloppy and the dark lines on the light brown don’t even have enough product on them. She also left extra polish all over my nails which I filed off myself (before photo was taken) since her next client needed the chair. Usually they take the file and clean up after polish but this lady didn’t even take the time to look at my hands before she said I was done. These lasted barely 2 weeks before I noticed spots that obviously didn’t have top coat coverage on them that ended up looking dingy. Third visit (green two tone nails) I got these nails done mostly by the First Lady I had (she deserves 5 stars for her work and if you were guaranteed to see her I’d go here still) when polishing time came I got swapped with another client as a middle aged man didn’t seem up to the task of doing his clients fill/broken nail fixing. I’m all for teamwork however two of my nails cured funny and once I got home I had one nail on each finger that had bubbled and were squishy where you could move the polish around. I called the next morning explained what happened and asked if I could come get them fixed after work but that I couldn’t be there until 4:30 because I live in Salem and the lady just said “yes at 4:30, see you then” no apologies at all. The guy who originally painted my nails fixed them but also didn’t offer any apologies. And one nail is still under cured and moves if you press on it and looks bumpy. Just kinda bumbed as my loyalty to the salon and kindness even when having to come back did not get me anywhere. Let’s normalize not rushing our customers nails for another customer. I would always rather wait than make you rush on someone else.

My mom and I came here for manicures and pedicures. We got the Royal pedicure which was so worth the $70, they did an amazing job!! We go the basic manicure w/ gel polish which was $40 and was also amazing! I forgot to get names but we got the experience the work of these three and it was top tier! We both agreed that we’ll be back. The place was very clean and everything looks very well kept. Everything was done in a clean way! p.s I was our first ever pedicure for both and they made our first experience very delightful! p.s.s I really hope they add descriptions to the services on their website (you can always call to ask but I’m anxious and like to know before I arrive)….their websites prices are different from in person but not by much.

I genuinely don’t know how this place has almost 5 stars. I’ve visited 3 times now, and every time they have zero customer service abilities, give subpar attentive to their customers, and make you feel like an inconvenience. I’ve made appointments ahead of time and not received the service I’ve requested. For example, today I booked a royal pedicure and got the most basic version in its place without even any confirmation that it’s what I wanted or suggesting a different option. Each time they ask if I brought my own file which is so weird (I’m paying for a service, why would I bring my own? Maybe this is just something I don’t know). Today in the middle of my service, the guy walked outside to smoke a cigarette, without even saying anything. It was so odd and he came back in smelling like smoke and returned to finish my pedicure like nothing happened. There was a child and a kitten randomly roaming through the salon. After three visits of weird behavior and no customer service, I won’t be returning. Giving a few stars because my nails do look good, the place is pretty clean, and they do give you the files that they use to bring home which is great for reducing waste. I would just rather spend my money (prices are pretty steep, I spend $100 for a basic manicure and pedicure) somewhere that has more professionalism and is happy to have my business.
