Davi Nails

The lady here is a joke. They are so rude. I called to make an appointment, which I did with a man. He quoted me $23 dollars even though I had gel polish on my toes. I arrive 29 minutes early, she said you wait outside for 10 minutes, I said okay? Then she said I could come in and pick my color, kind you no one else was in here! Then she has me set down in my chair where the water is cold. she starts on my toes and I said it’s gel. She said “oh $30 then” I said even just to remove it I said I didn’t want gel polish this time. She said yes. Mind you, there was hardly any polish left. Since I was already started I told her it was ridiculous. She made me sit for 5 more minutes while she played with polish. Then a lady came in and asked if there was anyone else in here and she said yes but she didn’t have time. The customer didn’t even say that she wanted anything and was cut off. She said she just wanted a silver swirl on her ALREADY DONE nails. She said “no don’t have time, need to make an appointment.” Wouldn’t even look at the customer. She asked again, and was rudely told no again. All while I am setting in the chair. The customer left, as I would have too. While I was getting my toes done, not a single word was said, she was rudely pushing my feet in and out of the tub. But clearly a regular with an appointment walked in and she was all happy and stopped my care, to talk with this lady about her day and what not, RUDE! Finally a man comes out of the back room and they sit and talk in their language the rest of the time, not even talking to the other customer while she gets her nails done. I don’t know why I came back here after I had a similar experience before, thought I’d give it another shot I guess, but nope! Won’t EVER EVER return. They have lost my business for good now! I don’t know how they are still in business with the poor customer service they have.

I have been going here for over three years and have never been disappointed. They always do an excellent job and I absolutely love the designs Mai puts on my nails. They always ask how me and my family are and were very kind after my dad passed away earlier this year. The pedicures are amazing - my legs always feel so good afterwards thanks to the massage they give. I recommended them to all of my friends. Just know that they only take cash and check, no credit cards.

I went there with my friend and they did not clean up my cuticles or the glue on the skin from the nail set. The table was still dirty from the before and they just wiped their tools and brushes and do not clean them. He did not even ask if I liked them, just said "ok your done, you can go". He scheduled another person to come in part way through my time and was in a hurry to more on.

Owner told me 1200 . Put appointment on book as 1230, when I said I wanted fill he wanted to take off and replace nails for $35 I said no they are not tips they are my own he continued to insist on taking them off, he asked if I wanted shalac for $8 more I said no handed him my nail kit which included a bottle of polish I wanted to use, he then said $25 again i asked why when I was providing my own color and the posted price was $20 he then said because he had to remove the original color. I walked out

Main does a really good job. She is gentle and doesn't cut the heck out of me like other places have. She has an excellent memory and asks me questions about what has been going on since I last saw her. They use quality products.
