2025-10-22I LOVE ULUX. I used to get my nails done in Tulsa but my favorite nail artists (Bill, Tina, Hannah and Henry) all relocated to here, so I followed (I don’t mind a trip when I know someone is amazing at what they do). Bill is my primary nail tech, he has been doing my nails for almost 5 years now and I absolutely adore him and everyone else mentioned! I generally show a picture of what designs I want, and other times I let them do what they want. I’ve never been let down with the results. They’re all super friendly, knowledgeable, licensed, trustworthy and creative. The atmosphere of ULUX is clean/sanitary, relaxing and fresh. I would %1000 recommend this place!

2025-11-07I gave two stars because the lady tried, but I was not pleased with my nails. I know that my nails are not gonna come out exactly the way an image when I show them but my pinky hell I just can’t get over how ridiculous it looks. The first photo will be the one that I showed that I wanted my nails to be similar to i’m just not pleased that I spent $96 including the tip and this is what my nails look like I’ve been to so many salons and maybe I’m just picky but my nails don’t look good Update I did go back. I lent them fix my nails. Henry did such a wonderful job. Thank you Henry. You did an amazing job. The last 2 set of pictures . What is the picture that I showed him I wanted and the very last picture is what he did and like I’ve said before I know it’s not gonna be exactly the same but he did an amazing job and it looks fantastic..

2025-10-21This pic is from my nail that popped off today while doing laundry. You can tell my ring nail was just replaced yesterday that popped off 5 days after I got them done. My daughters index finger nail broke off 6 days after we got them done. We go together to get them done & we went in together to get the nail replacement on. The guy who did my nail didn't say one word to me. I think it is really rude how they were all speaking there language in front of us & two ladies were looking over at us. It was really uncomfortable, we will never return. Do they not know that people go off reviews now? You would think that they would act better & want the customers to feel welcomed.
