2025-07-11Awesome nail place! Ivy does amazing pedicures and they are very caring and personable. Phong did the best acrylic removal and gel paint I have ever had. She is the sweetest and most friendly person I have ever had an interaction with. I also trusted her waxing my eyebrows (no one besides myself has ever touched them) and I left absolutely LOVING them!! She made them perfect to the shape and structure of my face.

2025-03-08I think this place is very dependent on who you get, same as many. I had dipped nails and gel pedicure last June for daughter’s wedding. Ivy did them and I had issues with cracking and they didn’t last a week. I don’t like to have these type of services done because it is always so damaging after I have it removed. The drilling/filing is hard on my nails and I don’t do it often. To not have something like this last is super frustrating. I went this past week again with my daughter. She lives her dipped nails. My pedi is ok, she did what I asked, but heels really still needed work and it didn’t feel moisturizing. I had ads on manicure with regular polish and it made it two days. Started chipping off first thing this morning and went Wednesday afternoon. Tips were showing yesterday. The real issue is that Ivy made rude comment about not liking to do regular nail polish because so easy to mess it up. Basically it isn’t as much money for them. Years ago I had an amazing nail person do manicures every two weeks and my nails and hands looked amazing and polish lasted. If they would focus on this and make customers happy, I would return. At this point it’s better to do at home.
