First time going and I was beyond impressed. I was greeted with a smile and I felt very welcomed. I was a walk-in but didn't have to wait at all! I got a full set and I was asked after every step (length of nails, shape of nails, and even my french tip thickness) was to my liking! The price was also very reasonable and I will definitely be a repeat customer!!!! Update: went back for a fill and nails to be done for my upcoming wedding and pedicure!!! Pedicure was phenomenal!!!! I got the Jelly pedicure, it was very relaxing. I love the steam and massage! I also brought in an inspo Pic for my ring finger and they matched it to a T!!!! If I could give more than five stars I would!!! Highly highly satisfied!!!!!

The name has changed to Golden Nails. Very nice clean place with clear communication and lots of color choices. Prices were reasonable and the massage chairs were comfortable. The jelly soak pedicures just arrived when I was there so I'll have to go back for one of those! Thank you for a great job ladies!

it’s not often that i feel the need to leave a bad review but after my first two trips (and probably my last) i am feeling very disappointed. i recently moved close to this salon so i thought i would try it out! i made my first appointment about a month and a half ago. i got builder gel since i have been wanting to grow out my natural nails! the color and service were nice. i got a rounded square shape. but the builder gel was very lumpy and not filed smooth, not sure if that was user error or if thats common with builder gel! anyways, im all about giving second chances, so i went back four days ago! my experience was just over all terrible. i walked in around 5 PM Wednesday, and there are a couple people ahead of me but i dont mind waiting. i go in wanting almond, however one of my nails from my previous set was chipped but the length on the rest of my nails was amazing and they had grown out a lot! well instead of adding a tip on or anything they just tell me i shouldn’t do that shape. so i was okay with doing whatever i needed to preserve the length. that’s when a male nail tech came and took over for the girl filing my nails. i tell them the color i want and they spend 10 minutes convincing me to get a completely different shade because the one i picked was too sheer but the shade they picked was not even remotely close to what i wanted so they go find another one closer to what i was wanting which i was okay with. i told them i wanted pearls and showed them a reference picture so there was no confusion! the filing starts and i notice the male tech filing them to an almond shape which i said i didn’t want because i wanted to preserve my length. at that point it was too late to say anything because he had already started filing. eventually 20 minutes passes and he is still filing to the point where it is starting to hurt the skin around my fingers because they are now so short! lovely! the color goes on and it looks good, so i’m thinking this can be saved. the nail tech starts putting on the pearls and i notice some of them are not shiny and are more of a flat white color, but others are shiny. a female nail tech came over to check on the set and points out the same thing i notice and the male nail tech acts annoyed and he changes out the one she pointed out so i think all is well and this won’t happen again. we finish up my right hand and he puts the cuticle oil on and then my left hand finishes and he tells me to go wash my hands. (note: no cuticle oil on the left hand so i was a little confused lol but didn’t question because i thought he might redo the cuticle oil and apply to both hands before i left) when i wash my hands i see the male tech go to a back room and then walk out the front door??? i wanted to give him a cash tip regardless of the weird behavior during my service but i didn’t see him again until after i paid and i was walking out. well i pay and of course got charged for the shape change, but i dont want to cause any problems even though thats not what i wanted! it was merely a question at the very beginning of my service on if it was possible. anyways fast forward 4 days, to today, my nails are chipping underneath the gel, they are coming unglued at the tip of my nails, and i’ve noticed 17 out of 30 of the pearls on my nails are the flat white color and are not shiny! honestly disappointed but i probably just won’t go back to a salon after this. especially not for $70+ dollar builder gel… see pictures for proof! i don’t believe this is a problem with every employee at this salon but beware!

The absolute best!! Karsen always does the best, and is so particular about my nails. I never have to worry about them being done perfectly! I showed up for my nail appt and he said “i have a new idea for you because i know you love cat eye nails” and it turned out even better than the video he showed me! It won’t let me add a video - but they are amazing! Only place I will go!
