LUSH Nails & Spa OWASSO

I visited here on 11/29/25 I can and will say that the staff here was very nice! I like to explore all different salons, I read the reviews here and really loved what people had to say! I didn’t mind that some nails were uneven and lumpy. What I did not appreciate is that my nails started chipping on 12/1/25 I do not know what polish was used and should have spoke up about what I preferred. But with it being a salon I was expecting them to use the right equipment to make sure that wouldn’t happen. That will be my first and last time visiting here!

I personally was shocked at the way this place is ran. I don't like to write bad reviews but feel this one is necessary. I kist got my nails done 2 days ago and they already look horrible. I had a pedicure and a fill with the same nail polish and was charged several different upcharges for everything you can imagine and the designs are not even what I showed her. I did not get to use the massage chair as they did my nails at the same time as pedicure which takes away the ENTIRE relaxation experience. There was literally an employee sleeping in the chair and they barely talked to us. It was a very unpleasant experience overcharged way tooooo much and I won't be back. I mean $17 for 1 polish $ 10 for another, $10 for length $5 for more than 3 colors $20 for rhe design plus $ 55 for a fill? I hope the extra charges and rushing my experience was worth a potential regular. Mind you O called and checked prices before I went. Not to mention I ws overcharged for my toddlers nails 😣. Supposed to be a bundle price for pedicure and manicure I was charged separately so it cost more plus 20 extra for her polish!!

I had the pleasure of having both Hannah’s! One did nails while the other did toes. Exceptional service. I got the Gel X with a design… then a pedicure with hot stones! It’s very quiet, relaxing, and clean. They didn’t talk much which was really nice. I could just sit and enjoy the peaceful vibe

I can not brag on this place enough!! They are always so fast and so sweet! Kim does amazing work every time! This is my birthday set and they even gave me a free gift for my birthday! Best nail salon in owasso! ❤️❤️

Lush is a beautiful, bright salon with a friendly and attentive staff. My pedicure started out very relaxing but they started on my dip mani during the pedicure so I had to twist my body to one side so the manicurist could work on my nails. I was disappointed that I didn’t get to enjoy the foot massage and massage chair as much as I would have liked. I told the manicurist that since my nails beds are wide that I would like to have them shaped more of a narrow rounded square. Both women worked quickly and were very kind. The pedicure was good and the mani was so-so, as I had to file my nails more narrow and to my liking when I got home. I still feel they are on the bulky side but all-in-all I had a decent experience.
