The customer service stands out at this Salon , far better than anywhere I’ve been in Cleveland. 2025-10-09I have been coming to Bliss for the last year and a half and will continue to keep giving them my business. They are and have always been very sweet and kind to me. I am very OCD about my nails, they make sure to do an amazing job every single time. I don’t think I will trust anyone else to do my nails but Bliss Nail Spa. I recommend the dip polish, they have a ton of colors to choose from, it looks great and stays on for a while it’s my absolute favorite! Go in for a service, you will not regret it!!😊

2025-10-15I have been coming to Bliss Nail and Spa for about 1 1/2 years. Jenna is truly a professional and phenomenal nail technician! She is always very caring, positive, and upbeat! She takes the time to meet all of my needs and always makes my nails look fabulous! My dip and pedicure typically last for at least a month which is much longer than other salons I have been to in the past. Everyone is always very pleasant and respectful! I won’t go anywhere else to get my nails done!
