Salon Bella Luca

Salon Bella Luca is amazing. I initially had an extremely upsetting and disappointing experience on Monday with a stylist who works after-hours at this salon independently (but is not employed here directly). We had a consultation 2 weeks ago where we set an agreed upon price, color, and technique (ash brown/bronde ombre/melt with dark roots and light tips) with the inspo photos I provided. She even promised a complementary trim. On Monday however, she failed to deliver on everything we had agreed upon during the consultation. She deviated from our plan for my hair entirely, without telling me. She charged me for a full haircut, gave me yellow partial highlights (instead of the full color we had agreed upon) and left the bottom half of my hair completely dark. I still tipped her for her time, but afterwards I asked for her to fix it, she initially agreed, but the next day on my drive to the salon, she texted me last minute wanting an additional $80. I agreed to pay but kindly pointed out that there has been severe miscommunication and lack of transparency from her end. She immediately changed her tune and said she was unwilling to fix my hair - refusing to acknowledge her mistake - no accountability, empathy or remorse. She dismissed my concerns and made me feel like I was the problem. If you ordered something off a menu and the waitress gives you a completely different order, you expect for it to be fixed. This was, unequivocally, one of the most traumatic hair experiences I have ever had. The emotional distress that she put me through cannot be overstated. This experience genuinely broke my heart because it was about more than just hair - it was a treat to myself after going through some difficult circumstances in my life. Hair color is expensive and a luxury to some, it’s not something I do regularly. I reached out to Salon Bella Luca as they were already aware of the situation. The owner Nicole, and hairstylist Francesca were incredibly empathetic and understanding. They were able to accommodate a last minute same-day appointment to cancel out the yellow tones and use a root shadow (see attached before & after photos). I probably walked in looking crazy and frantic as I was on the phone trying to figure out a separate time-sensitive situation that came up on my way to the salon. Nevertheless, Nicole and Francesca validated my feelings, made me feel heard and supported, and apologized for what happened. Francesca reassured me and handled the situation with the utmost professionalism and care. She did a fantastic job fixing my hair. Nicole gave me a discount and threw in a free sample product for my troubles. They were kind enough to help me through this very difficult hair experience that would have otherwise ruined my entire week, and I'm just so thankful that there are professionals in Salon Bella Luca who will put clients first. Despite my disheartening, stressful and overwhelming experience, I want to thank Salon Bella Luca for going above and beyond. I cannot recommend them enough; you will feel listened to and feel cared for. Thank you again, Nicole and Francesca!

I love going to Salon Bella Luca and won't go anywhere else! The staff is very friendly, professional and definitely knows their craft! My Stylist is Angela and I trust and value her expert opinion on what will or won't look good on me . She's NEVER been wrong! I also love the fact that I can recreate and style my hair at home in the same manner and ease as Angela did! Highly recommend Salon Bella Luca

I have been going to this salon for over a year. My Nail technician Maria is Amazing. The creativity, energy an service is never a miss. The Salon itself has some of the Sweetest people you could ever meet. I am always met with smiles good genuine conversations . I know not only does Maria care but each person does as well...You all Are Amazing
