JOJO'S Nail Spa

First time at Jojo’s Nail Spa. I am extremely meticulous and mentioned prior to booking that I’d prefer someone who is precise and attentive. I ended up with Shasha, and she was wonderful. Her station is to the right once you enter the spa. I was transferred to her chair shortly after another technician had started, and she immediately took the time to understand exactly what I wanted. I’m so glad she spent a good amount of time asking and confirming because there was miscommunication and misunderstanding from the first technician. In this transition, she even consulted with Jojo, the owner, to confirm my desired nails for today’s visit. Shasha is extremely detail-oriented: checking the shape after each nail, confirming the correct color of my powder base before starting, asking about my preferred French tip thickness, and pausing every couple of nails to ensure everything met my standards. I definitely gave feedback as she was working on my nails, and she made sure to complete everything to my liking. I truly appreciated her patience, communication, and commitment to getting every detail right. I know I am high maintenance; however, I certainly made our experience together worthwhile. Thanks again, Shasha. FYI —They take both cash and card payments. There is a 5% discount on cash payments. If you use their ATM, there is a $2 fee. There is no added tip line when you pay with a card, so cash, Venmo, Zelle, or CashApp tip is preferred. I think all of the technicians have a QR code to scan for tips.

Highly recommend!!! Dee is my favorite tech, she’s for sure the shop’s hidden gem. Not only is she creative, but her prep work is so good, you’d almost want to walk about the shop without polish. Jojo’s is my spot for manis and pedis!!!! Plus, they always make me feel comfortable. I’ll always go to Dee every time🔥my nails lasts 4 weeks with no lifting. And you acrylic girlies know how hard it is to find that👌🏾👌🏾👌🏾

I loved! Charice does a good job on my nails! It’s my second time here and I’m so happy with the results! The first picture was in my first time there! After 4 weeks my nails still look good! ( second picture) the last picture is for today!

I had acrylics and my daughter had a manicure. Hers is amazing and she loved it, the gentleman was very good with her. My acrylics I am a little disappointed in as the design on half is different and they look like they are a week grown out when just done. I knew the design I showed would be different as my nails are shorter but they don't even have the same design on them.

Ivy did gel x on my nails today and they turned out so perfectly. I asked for milky white for the color. She made sure I was happy with the nails every step and paid close attention to detail. They turned out so clean and pretty, will definitely be back!
