Amazinggg! Felt like a luxury experience without the price. The girl who did my service was super nice and personable, listened to all my requests and was super helpful when asking questions about hair care and techniques. The place itself was clean, well decorated, and the staff made the salon feel more inviting and relaxed, rather than a company/institution—while still being professional of course. Absolutely going again and would recommend to all my friends & family !!

Hollie was amazing! I kinked my neck while sleeping bad enough it hurt to turn it to one side. Luckily got an appointment same day and I left feeling amazing and able to turn my head! Not only did Hollie fix my neck and release tons of tension in my neck and lower back but she was so nice! Her scalp massages are also phenomenal. 10/10 will book again!!

I was so glad and surprised to find a salon open on Sundays, as I work all week, and it is a challenge to find an opening on a Saturday. As a result, I usually have to wait longer than I would like to have my hair done. I made an appointment with Kaitlyn for a haircut, color, and highlight. I didn't mind the 45-minute drive from my home because I was just glad to get the appointment. But I had made the appointment two weeks prior and received several reminders and notices of their cancellation policy. This was after having to answer several online questions and provide two pictures to schedule the appointment, which I thought was a bit much. When I arrived, they said there had been a "mix-up" the day before and that I would have to come back in two hours because they were now "all booked". They said they tried to call me, got the recording, and left a message. No such call or message was left. They said the "mix-up" was "last-minute" the day before, but it was the day before that I had to confirm the appointment. When I told them that there was no call or message, they didn't seem to care. Had I been a "no-show," I would have had to pay a fine. There was no mention by them of the loss of time and inconvenience they caused me. Too bad. I was looking for a new salon, but with this kind of service, I won't be trusting them again. I'm not going to drive almost an hour to arrive and be told they are not going to honor my appointment. I am also very disappointed by their dishonesty, telling me that they had left a message when I didn't answer. It is expensive to get hair services done in a salon, and many people don't have that kind of disposable income, so you would think they would be more conscientious with new clients. Never again.

Jaden Mercurio did a fantastic job on my daughter's hair for homecoming. She was able to recreate the inspiration photo flawlessly. The studio was decorated so adorably and all staff we encountered were friendly, pleasant, and professional. Thank you for such a great experience and for making my daughter feel special. We'll surely be back in April for Prom. Maybe even sooner!

I went with my daughters and we had the best experience. They both had the anti-aging facials and they couldn't stop talking about how wonderful it was. I had a massage with Chase and it was phenomenal! The best massage I've ever had. He listened to all of my concerns and worked on all of the areas I requested and then some. They offer a full menu of services! Highly recommended.
