2025-10-22I love Emia in loft 7. She’s a true master stylist. Attentive, patient friendly and supportive in hair care journey and styling. Always available and offers hair subscriptions to save money but worth the cost and time. Great with bridal hair too!

2025-11-24Stylist Francis in loft 3 can not do finger waves. I ask upon booking my appointment can she do finger waves and she said yes. Once I got there I showed her a picture of what I wanted. She couldn't and didn't come close to the hairstyle I excepted. I didn't want to pay her after seeing the end results. I'm disappointed and I feel cheated out my money and would not refer her to my worse enemy.
