I love Emia in loft 7. She’s a true master stylist. Attentive, patient friendly and supportive in hair care journey and styling. Always available and offers hair subscriptions to save money but worth the cost and time. Great with bridal hair too!

Stylist Francis in loft 3 can not do finger waves. I ask upon booking my appointment can she do finger waves and she said yes. Once I got there I showed her a picture of what I wanted. She couldn't and didn't come close to the hairstyle I excepted. I didn't want to pay her after seeing the end results. I'm disappointed and I feel cheated out my money and would not refer her to my worse enemy.

Kim didn't give me the hairstyle that I requested. She overbooked and I had to wait 3 hours before I got in her chair. Once I got in her chair, she went and got food. She noisily at her food while I sat in her chair.

Jonathan Worley is the best!!! The head wash, scrub, and massage I've had... Great silk press, wrap, or curls!

Lakeisha is the best. She it professional and she executes the vision. I will return and recommend. She even has snacks! She did my hair for my wedding and I couldn't have been happier. She also cut my eyebrows perfect and installed lashes.
