I recently had a pedicure w Christa. She did amazing!! I had sent her a picture of the color I thought was gorgeous and she had one picked out and ready to go! She always does amazing and her salon is super inviting, relaxing, and clean! She also recommends products that will work best for you. 5 star experience

Dec 20 2024 I have had 2 pedicures done one on April 13 2019 on the day of my daughters wedding. At that time I believe there was no separation from the salon side to the pedicure side. I returned again in Oct 2023 to use a gift card from my husband .The picture posted of the pedicure tub was taken in Oct 2023 as well as the finished product. I cannot explain why there is no record of my appointments but i can attest that I in fact stand by my experience there. October 2023 UPDATE there have been some improvements. The positives (+) and negatives (-). + I was in and out quickly which is not necessarily a good thing in my case. + The leg massage was nice. + Pedis now have a cordless UV light to place over the toes while sitting in the pedi chair. + The pedi area is tucked near the back and quiet. - However, attention to detail is still low in my opinion. The pedi chair is still in rough shape with a severely cracked foot tub. - The shape of my toenails were still not what I call straight or square. You can only reshape them so many times before you have no more nail to work with. - The gel polish looks nice but was left to pool in between the nail and skin. Upon closer inspection the big toe nails are jagged. - Again I was left to sit when another client arrived. Maybe this is the new norm but in my opinion poor customer service for the price I’m paying. My opinion remains after 4 years. I will choose a different salon for my pedicures. ***************************************** April 2019 hair and nails for my daughter’s wedding. This is a very nice salon for a small town. However, their services are pricey and attention to detail are mediocre. We had gel manis and gel pedis. The manis were ok but did not last more than 5 days. The manicurist was a talker which is fine but it distracted her. When her next appointment came in before she finished with us she became even more distracted talking to her. Our pedis were done by a girl who was new. I asked to have my toenails be very square. It seems many stylist don't know the difference. We were on a schedule so I did not have her correct the shape. I should NOT have to correct her. The pedi chair had an out of order sign on it but they used it anyway. There was another one free that could have been used?? It had issues with the jetting system. The gel polishing was a joke...there was no procedure in place for this to easily happen. She had me place my foot on her knee then awkwardly switch knees to place my foot under the UV light. There was no light so she could see as she painted my toes. All very strange, uncomfortable and embarrassing. Jessica Y. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐for hair!!! Jessica was outstanding!! Efficient and talented!! She did my daughter's hair in a messy up do for her wedding. Jessica did a beautiful job!! I would suggest that the owner have a gel pedi by the new girl that went to mohawk schools. Had she ever done a gel pedi before? Seems not!! I do not recommend this salon for gel pedis. They were not worth the price I paid.

We are blessed in our little town of Upper to have such a talented nail technician. Christa truly loved what she does and it shows in her work. I can go with ideas, or sometimes she’ll have ideas and she “nails” it every time! Highly recommended!!
