BeBe Nails

I was in town for a meeting and stopped in. The service was horrible. The man sat on his phone talking then had the nerve to lie and say it was an emergency (I understand Korean and Japanese and speak mandarin fairly well). My nails are thick and awful. I just wanted a gel manicure he started putting acrylic on. No tips just acrylic. I kept asking him what he was doing and he acted like he didnt understand. I stopped him and kept saying I wanted a manicure and my cuticles cleaned up. He just kept going and I was getting frustrated and figeting because I knew my nails were going to look bad. They were short and you do not put that much acrylic on short nails. My natural nails were short but strong and now ruined. I also have small tears under nails and 3 fingers burn. They are so thick my skin is stuck to them! I just wanted to get out of there. I am so so so angry. He pretends to not know English so he can charge me for acrylic instead of just a manicure with gel polish. My nails are short and horrible. I want my money back or we are going to small claims court. I will talk to my doctor tomorrow about the burning. I have pictures and witnesses. This place is absolutely atrocious. Please do not go here. Please!

I only gave them 3 stars because they don't automatically clean your cuticles like other shops. They charge you for that & to me, that is ridiculous! That should be included, to make the hands look cleaner. Very quiet in there. You can hear others think 😂😂 The service was alright but I like my cuticles neat & included

I don't normally write reviews but I have tried giving this establishment the benefit of the doubt. I now feel compelled to tell anyone who will listen to avoid wasting their money here. The staff is friendly, but clearly the standards are not the same across the board for pricing, or the level of skill your tech will have. Cuticles are ignored like a bad prom date, the inconsistency in pricing is madness, and the time you waste trying to relax is frustrating. You can pay $67 one time for the exact same service and then $90 the next. If you make an appointment don't hold your breath on getting in and out. It has felt like a hostage situation on several occasions not getting out of there without wasting 3 hours of my life for a simple pedicure. And to top it off their gel nails ALWAYS peel off within a week! Mani or pedi always trash after a week. I got a gel pedi on Monday and my toes are peeling it's unacceptable for the price they charged me $87. So yeah do not waste your money.

Walked in on a Sunday and was immediately greeted by the extremely personable owner, Lee. We had to wait for a bit, but we were set up in the massage chairs and it didn’t take long. He listened to everything I wanted for my nails and executed them perfectly. My mom also had a great pedicure and said this will be her new spot! 10/10 :)

Walked in on a Saturday morning and got right in. It had been a while since my last pedicure but they took care of me as though I came here all the time. I will definitely be back!
