2025-08-22Cierra catered a special back to school pampering for two sweet 10yo girls today. Not only did the girls feel special, but they had an amazing time. Cierra gave them the Princess Pampering and these two girls are ready for middle school!!! I highly recommend Cierra!

2024-10-13I absolutely adore all of the women here! I have received a massage from Nicole, facial from Shawna, eye lash lift w brow wax from Sam, and recently my hair done by Ally. Everyone is so kind and the environment is amazing. Highly recommend if you are looking for an all in one salon!

2024-10-09I hadn't had my hair cut in over two years, so on the recommendation of my sister, I made an appointment with Clyeda Futrall. Upon entering the salon, I found it to be warm and welcoming and enjoyed the fact that they have a kid's spa under their roof as well. I gave Cly a vague description of what I was looking for and she put me at ease when she told me "I got you. I'll take care of you." And she DID!! I love my new look and so does everyone else. Thanks, Cly! I'll be back!

2025-04-16I am a food courier. I am also Hispanic. Born in Cleveland. I delivered an order to a woman here. I walked in and saw several woman side eyeing me. I said her name and no response. Just looks of personal distaind. So I uncomfortably walked out. I heard this place is racist but did not want to believe it. I think I believe it now. 👎

2021-07-07I had a wonderful experience today at Nicholas John Salon!! Let’s start off by talking about how beautiful the salon is and how I wish I had a little girl just so I could take her there!!! I made an appointment there because I wanted something closer to home but was very nervous to change. I am so glad I made the decision to give them a try. Della did an AMAZING job on my partial and cut. She has such a great outgoing personality it made talking to her feel like we’ve known each other for years!!!! Pricing is fair for the customer service and atmosphere. I would definitely recommend and will be going back!
