2025-06-23What a wonderful experience!! Everything was perfect from the minute I walked in! Everyone was very friendly and the facility was extremely clean. This was my first time at this location and I will definitely be returning. My massage from Jasmine was so relaxing I didnt want you to leave and Brenda did a perfect job with mu pedicure!! This was a Mothers Day gift from my son & fiancé, I hope I get more of these!!

2025-07-16I’ve been going to Woodhouse Spa for the luxury foot retreat twice a month for the last year. Ryan is my favorite for nails, she is magical. On top of doing fantastic work, she is very kind and we always have so much fun at every appointment. I always leave feeling pampered and refreshed! They have a large selection of colors. The polishes are long lasting and beautiful. The entire staff at the Rocky River location is lovely and I always enjoy my time there. Highly recommend!

2025-11-14Had such an amazing experience at Woodhouse in Rocky River. Jessica is by far THE best masseuse I’ve ever had for a Deep Tissue. I also had a HydroGlacial facial with Mimi and again, hands down the best facial I’ve had. Atmosphere was so calm, quiet and relaxing. Would recommend to absolutely everyone who wants a top tier experience and a day (or a couple hours) to escape.

2025-12-11I’ve been to the Woodhouse Spa in Orange several times for luxury pedicures and massages! I have always loved it! DON’T GO TO ROCKY RIVER! Worst pedicures we’ve ever had! Our appointment was midday, it was done in 30 minutes and 15 minutes of painting and so much for fast dry, nail polish on day 1 is smeared and coming off! The whole service was terrible, my feet feel rough, the massage was zero pressure and almost non existent! My disappointment and disbelief in this spa almost makes me never go to another one again! I will never return to Rocky River! I’m giving you all fair warning don’t go!
