Very nice staff. Quality of service didn't equal payment. Was supposed to get autumnal accents, pumpkin looks like a basketball with a stem. Original plaid looked like a tic-tac-toe board until I showed the tech how to paint plaid and still didn't get what I was expecting (photo 3 was example). Recommend they work on their artistic abilities when not busy. My daughter's mani-pedi turned out beautifully.

Best place to get SNS nails done. They stay beautiful and last for weeks. Pedicures are amazing, the massage part is my favorite! Just did Vampire Blood Nails for the Halloween season! In love! ❤️

My daughter and I have been coming here since she started getting her nails done when she was 16, so just a few years. They have always done a top notch job, especially with my daughter’s designs. They are fantastic artists and the work usually lasts a decent amount of time, unlike other salons we’ve tried. We were going away for Thanksgiving so we came in for mani-pedis. Long story short, this was the first time I had a problem with how my nails turned out. TOP Q went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied and took care of the problem. The mark of a good business is not just the consistency of service but how they deal with the rare instances of less than usual service. TOP Q went above and beyond what would be expected. I highly recommend you trust them with your nails.

i paid 117$ after tip for my manicure and in less than 8 hours the gel has already started to lift from my nails and come off. (Hard gel w/ 2 nail repairs and cat eye gel polish) I have been doing my own nails for many years now so I am very aware of what lifting feels and looks like on my natural nails. My nail tech was very nice and i have no compaints about the customer service but the service itself is absolutely horribles. I haven't gotten a manicure in over 5 years and to have this be my first experience when trying to treat myself is extremely disappointing. I will not be returning to this salon. Do not recommend.

I came in for a gel manicure, no extensions, and the guy filed the side of my ring finger nail unnecessarily which is going to ruin my nail shape when it grows out (I included a picture of my other ring finger for reference) and his gel application was so thick and clumpy. Never again
