I’ve been coming to this salon for a few years now to see Vincent. This salon exceeds my expectations compared to other places I’ve been to in the Wake Forest area. From the moment I walk in, the atmosphere is calm and welcoming. My nail technician, Vincent, is so talented and meticulous, making sure every step is perfect. I appreciate how hygienic the tools and workstations are. The final results are always the same — stunning—smooth, even polish that looks professional and elegant. I always feel pampered and happy when I leave. The entire staff at this salon are wonderful people!

Zero stars. My daughter went here for the first time for a manicure and pedicure appointment. She wanted her nails to look nice for an upcoming event, but instead she was upsold into something more expensive than she asked for and not what she wanted. She only received a manicure, and instead of keeping her nails long like she requested, they were cut short. The technician didn’t communicate with her or ask what she wanted. She ended up with shorter nails, extra add-ons she never agreed to, sloppy polish, and no pedicure at all. When I stopped by to discuss it, with the receipt, the staff insisted she had requested all of it, which is simply not true. They said she received services based on what the receipt said that she didn’t receive and then changed what they said the receipt meant once I showed them photos. They refused to fix her nails or issue a refund, and they were dismissive and rude. To make things worse, they talked about me after I left, someone I know was there and overheard it. I never leave negative reviews, but this experience was unacceptable. Be cautious bringing your teens or anyone new here. Go somewhere that values kindness, honesty, and customer care instead of pushing unnecessary upgrades on people who don’t know the process.

Had a walk in appointment with Kevin today and it was excellent! I’ve have very short, fragile nails and Kevin was so supportive in making my inspiration happen. He was so patient looking at the inspo pic with me, helping me choose colors, and pausing to make sure I liked the colors out of the bottle. I will absolutely be back!

Love, love Royal Nail Spa. Everyone is so kind, they offer you something to drink everytime, they really listen to what you want done to your nails, and they take pride in doing a Fantastic job! Lucie is amazing!

I’ve been here a couple of times, this was a couple months ago but this was my favorite set they have done for me, they never take too long and the place inside is so pretty I just look around. The employees are sweet and patient. The prices are also very good.
