I am only giving 5 stars because I can’t give a higher rating. This is by far the best nail salon in the Wake Forest area. Everyone here is highly knowledgeable, skilled, and professional. They treat everyone like family by call each customer by name bring true hospitality to their business. Additionally they offer a wide variety of services and only recommend what is needed on an individual basis without up charging or selling to customers. I would highly recommend this salon to anyone who wants a down to earth and highly skilled salon.

Great customer service and quality! I appreciate that someone always says hello when I come in. I make an appointment for each visit, and by the time I pick my color out, my chair and technician are ready. I get pedicures with Alan or Tina and they both do a wonderful job each time! I really really appreciate that they’re always polite, offer a beverage and small pleasantries, then once we get started, they leave me to read on my kindle virtually uninterrupted.

I thought this salon was efficient and affordable. Many nail salons now try to hurry and get you in and out Haphazarply. The environment was relaxing with customers interacting with one another as well as employees. But what I loved most is the fact that I got this beautiful nail design, And the cost was less than what I was paying for just standard acrylic nails at other local salons. I will be coming here from now on. Thanks for doing a great job!

I’ve been a loyal customer of Nails Colure for years, but I’m very disappointed with how things have changed. It’s not fair to have an appointment and still end up waiting two and a half to three hours because the owner chooses to take walk-ins over scheduled clients. I’ve never once been to the salon and had the owner ready for my appointment — I’ve always had to wait. But if you’re running just a few minutes late, it becomes a big deal. It feels like there’s no consideration for loyal customers anymore. It’s also frustrating that two of the best nail techs were let go, and now her husband is working more hours. Unfortunately, he’s been rude to customers, and the overall quality of the salon has gone downhill. Another concern is how the nail techs often spend a lot of time talking and laughing among themselves in their own language. While I understand and respect cultural differences, it can feel unprofessional and make customers feel left out or uncomfortable. I deserve better than this as a loyal customer — especially when there’s a nail salon on every corner. Loyalty should be appreciated, not taken for granted.

Not too expensive and they do an amazing job! They’re always so friendly and walk-ins are welcomed. I usually make an appointment but they do an amazing job.
