This place is busy for a reason!! Cindy is AMAZING with shaping the nail and making sure the apex of the nail is on point. I am always SO happy with my nail shape when I have her do my nails. Beyond that she is incredible at nail design!! I had her do my nails with a design for the first time recently and she did AMAZING. She’s efficient, kind, and just straight up good at her job. Highly recommend booking with her! Update! Cindy just did the CUTEST little daisies on my ring fingers! She helped me pick out the cutest green color to go with it. Absolutely obsessed!

I have come here before with no problems BUT today I received a horrible pedicure by Ashley T. I mean my teenage son can paint nails better than that! She did a rush job on the painting. It is very shaky & Also, my toes aren’t properly manicured. she also cut my toenail back really really farTake a look.

I literally never write reviews, but this one was so surprising. Today, I had an appointment at 1130 for a builder gel fill-in, with polish. I arrived ~15min early. I’ve had this done here several times before, each with a different technician and very positive experiences. However, today the technician who applied the builder gel and polish, did it very quickly and unevenly. I mentioned to him (prior to applying the polish) that I have had this done many times before and that it felt like he was rushing through the application, it was very uneven, and not filled properly. He then said, “I have been doing nails for ten years and all of my customers who schedule appointments know how I do nails.” I did have an appointment scheduled, which I arrived early for, and when I explained that I was concerned and unhappy with the services, the response felt very dismissive. I am very disappointed about this experience and also shocked by the lack of understanding and poor customer service.

Lavish Nails lives up to the name! My technician, Lilly, is incredibly talented and so sweet—she took such care with every detail and made the whole experience relaxing and fun. My nails look amazing and I felt totally pampered from start to finish. If you’re looking for beautiful work and kind vibes, ask for Lilly. She’s a gem!

I went with my daughter,she had a pedicure and I had dip and pedicure.We both paid for the $48 dollar "Deluxe Pedicure with paraffin" and Dip for myself. The place looked clean and welcoming. Ashley was wonderful, she did my daughter's pedicure without any issues. This review is not about her. A middle aged lady did my pedicure and nails. I initially wanted gel nails and explained to her that I don't like thick nails but she convinced me to do dip claiming she will deliver a good thin layer.(Bad idea) While I was having my dip nails after the pedicure, I felt this rough patch on my heel, so I showed it to her. She responded by telling me that if she scrubbed it more it could cause my feet to hurt 🤔🤔 I picked color "139" which is a pink 🩷 shade for my nails, after my nails were done it was a dirty pinkish grayish 🩶 awful nail color. I even went to look for color cards to compare the color and my nails prior to paying and the color was off. To add insult into injury the nails were done uneven and bumpy. I asked her if it was the right color and she said yes. Whatever color is displayed to pick and whatever ends up on the nail is totally different. I paid a total of 190 and now I have to find a place to redo my nails and feet .
