I wanted to make sure I gave an honest review before initially posting. I have been coming here for nearly 5 months now, always getting gel x and I gotta tell you I am not disappointed! First time I came I got the cute pink nails and if you see in the photo where they are grown out with me holding various colors I can tell you that it did not lift nor chip! The girl I go to is Amily and truly she’s amazing, always executing what I see on Pinterest and just this last time I went in with an idea and she gave me an even better one (the cute blooming brown French) Don’t sleep on this place! Clean, kind, friendly, and fun environment!

Si always take excellent care of my nails. She goes the extra mile to make sure her customers are satisfied with their services. I usually get hard gel nails manicure and deluxe pedicure. Thanks Si! 😊

I’ve been living in the Nashville/Murfreesboro for almost 4 years now and tried nail salons all over town and wasn’t fully happy with my nails until I found Milano Nail Spa! I have been coming here for about a year now and will happily drive 45 mins to an hour for Julie to do my nails. She can do hard gel unlike anyone else! She can also do just about any design you ask for. Huge plus, my nails usually last me 3+ weeks! Attached are some pictures of some of my favorite nails she’s done. Highly recommend Milano to anyone looking for a new salon to become a regular at!

Tony was my stylist as always he proven to gave one of the best Pedi, Nail dip and design in town!! Show him a photo of your nail design he does it better!! Highly recommend him as well as the facility always pleasant and clean!! Trudy

This was my second visit and I am beyond disappointed. I told the receptionist that I didn’t like the way my ombré looked last time. No one wiped off the excess paint which was all over my hands from the airbrush. She told me she would make sure they did. The shade from the initial tech asking who did my nails was my first issue. Then the lady that did the airbrush did not make it dark enough & was not going to fix when she messed up. I asked her to fix it & she had an attitude. Told me that she didn’t like my nail shape & the receptionist had to ask her to wipe off the excess paint which she didn’t even really try. I didn’t even get my polish change because I was so upset. The manager Taylor reached out to me & offered to fix my nails. The nail tech May May did an amazing job on my nails! The previous nail tech apologized. I appreciated this customer service! I will most definitely be back. I am happy to have found a new nail salon & nail tech. Taylor told me to call if I ever have an issue moving forward & that is exactly what I will do. We are all human & have bad days. We learn from our mistakes & move forward! I posted an updated picture of my nails. May May reshaped & fixed my nails! 💜
