Always a joy to walk in and have them do my nails! They do an amazing job. Now that being said they have changed hands and they have new ownership. My girl who did my nails and pedicure was so sweet and so kind! I will definitely go back Updated for today, April 16th. So much better experience! There’s a reason this is my favorite place to go and today they have redeemed themselves. I will definitely be back in a few short weeks! Update for today May 15th! My girl was back (well only for this week but it was so good to see her) she is so good and so sweet! I just adore her! The guy( David) did my toes and dip and he was incredible! So nice and did a great job! Definitely will be returning soon! Also the 20% off Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday is a big seller for me too! Update for today July 19th! Really good experience! Elegant nail has been my go to place for so many years. I’ve had really good service for the most part. I hate the prices have gone up so much but it’s a sign of the times. The woman who did my nails today was really gentle and really sweet and really fast. I will be back as always. Again, I just wish they still offered that 20% discount on services like they used to that was always a major incentive! Update for today August 16th.. My girl was back!! Yay!! She did an incredible job! I even got a massage on my hands and arms! I will definitely be back as long as she’s there. Her attention to detail is on point! The only complaint is I still wish they offered the 20% discount on services like in the past! That was always such a great deal! Update for today Sept 9th! My girl is incredible! She always does a phenomenal job. Her incredible attention to detail is spot on. Still wish they offered the 20% discount on all services! Maybe one day it’ll return! I’ve been coming here for about 3-4 years and never had a issue even when they get new techs in they still do my nails the way I want, but when I went to get them done on 1/17/2025 I didn’t recognize anyone there but I still gave the benefit of the doubt becuase I never had a issue. I show the Nail technician what I wanted and he just told that it was going to be expensive and that I should probably just only do 2 nails the design I wanted (usually they quote me but this one didn’t ) so I just went with the two nails becuase I’m not going to do something if I don’t know how it will be. When he started the shaping of my nails I noticed that my pinky is crooked and he saw me staring at it but he never notice and I mean based on the picture I provided it’s pretty noticeable and then all my nails on my left hand are crooked as well not that badly but still. I won’t be coming back here based on the outcome I have attached the picture I showed him I wanted then what I got

Superb service here! Update…had the pleasure of being back in Murfreesboro and stopped by. Unfortunately, my favorite nail technician has moved back home. I met Lana who done my nails this go around. She done an okay job. A little too thick. No one will compare to NZ unfortunately. The people here are just as nice as they were previously. Thank you! Updated review… Unfortunately, I will not be back after this trip. I was giving this shop another chance after the last trip. First of all, Lana supposedly made me an appointment. When I arrived, she did not do it and she and the person who done my finance’s pedicure were both off. Who does this? These workers had never even heard of nor done hard gel. They had to call the owner up here from home to do my nails. So, I had to sit and wait on her to get there and then she barely put any product to do the fill. She then left and had the other worker to finish. They did however fix the extremely thick nails that was done on my previous trip here. Thank goodness. No discount or anything after sitting and waiting or lack of knowledge. Nice people but I will find somewhere else to go from now on. I believe the workers no matter their experience here need more training.

I have *finally* found a nail salon I LOVE! I posted two pictures: the first is of today’s manicure. The second is of my mom’s thumb. In between visits her nail broke very high up on her nail. It grew out some before we were able to go in, but she hit it last night and even after clipping it was jagged and bled some. When we went in today Dom took such gentle good care of her, cleaned it up and treated her as is if she were his own mother. I am very grateful. We go in for the beauty side of getting our nails done, but in a moment of injury and hygiene need they really excelled. Customer service is wonderful too. The last time I went in they were very busy, the busiest I’ve seen yet, and even with an appt I had to wait almost an hour for my pedicure. To compensate I was given a $10 off coupon. It was not needed or expected, but appreciated. Even without it I was happy, and the wait well worth it, because of how well I’m cared for each time I go in.
