Desire Nails Spa

I wanted to give this experience a 5 star rating and if it had been based solely on my experience with my pedicure I would have. The pedicure was wonderful, the massage chairs are to die for, the color options were plentiful the techs were pleasant and friendly. The general cleanliness of the shop was good. My only complaint in my experience was the end result of my nails. I was booked for a dip set with tips. I feel as though after taking a closer look at them in the daylight, the texture is less than ideal. I also can see a lot of imperfections around the sides, that others probably won’t notice so I’m overall satisfied.

This salon uses mma products and they completely destroyed my natural nails after getting acrylic nail extensions. The product will not soak off after hours of using 100% acetone and foils. Their manicures are pitiful and poorly done for what they charge. They use sanding bands to “remove cuticle” leaving me with deep ridges in my nails. If you pay for the most expensive treatments they skip entire steps and charge you full price. No matter what day of the week you go they rush the entire service and don’t speak to you at all. There are better salons with better nail techs, go elsewhere.

I'm a loyal member at this salon simply because they never dissapiont, and always cater to my parched self whether it be a soda or wine depending on the day. My go to gal is chi she knows what I like and is so friendly with my chatty self. I've recently been seeing Wes he is a hilarious guy with perfection tendencies the time and energy he places in the shaping with the file is outstanding. Snatched! 👌🏼😏 Chi created the 1st two, Wes did the shaping on the second with Becky's help with the hearts.

I absolutely loved this place. I really needed my nails done bad and this was the first one to show near where I was at. I went and they took my right away. The lady I had was wondering and so nice. Very clean and relaxing as well. I could not be happier with how my nails came out! Definitely will be going back!

I mean - I can’t say enough good things. I honestly think these are my favorite nails Ive ever got. I’ve been to other nail places and just keep going back to Desire. Wes and Kim have both done my nails (and another lovely woman who did this design) and they just take their time and make sure you get what you want. OH and these are dip (took two hours and the design is gel) they charged me $57…wow. Left them both a $20 tip. Incredible, incredible service and team. Thanks guys 🥰
