Great Nails

So I went here a few days ago and sadly it’s an experience that I would care not to remember. I came in for manicure, pedicure and eyebrows. I sat down in the pedicure chair precisely at noon and I did not leave the shop completely until after 3 PM and I did not receive my eyebrows serviced. I originally stated I wanted the full service, pedicure and most expensive which is what I thought I was getting because it was taking so long When in fact, I only received a basic pedicure. I wanted gel polish, the hot towel wrap, and even the scrub, Which is again what I assumed was taking place. I want structure gel nails, then decided to go with acrylic Because the design I wanted, they stated they could do something similar on my Natural nail. I asked for thin acrylic, to only receive some of them thin, some of them thick. The feel of my nails are lumpy, the tips are uneven, and the designs are completely botched. My nails look like they were done by someone who was unlicensed. On my pedicure I asked for the water to be slightly hotter, and she turned it slightly cold. My toes were not polished all the way, and I even had polish on my skin. This was my first time at this location and it was so bad that I left and went to a different location just to get their opinion and they literally scraped dead skin from my toes. To be charged $120 and sit for a 3 1/2 hour service I would expect better care. Not to mention the extremely loud customers that were there, and talking about sexual acts with their partners, and the other women their partners were sexually active with. One Customer was so overtaken by the conversation that she just left. I don’t think I’ll be returning to this location, nor do I expect them to correct it, even though this was completely unacceptable.

This is the best pedicure I’ve ever gotten! My calluses are gone and my feet are super soft. I got the organic pedicure ($50) which included so many spa treatments the price was easily worth it. She even helped me pick a color and painted my toes with precision. I think they offer less expensive options here too. Give it a try and ask for Stella!!

Edit: salon called a short time after and mistakenly booked me for gel which I did not get. The credit me for next time which I appreciate Great experience with the work. My only complaint is I booked a full gel pedicure on their website for $35 (summer sale). At checkout the cost magically changed to $50 and she “took $5 off” if there was a mistake in the booking they could have just told me that before changing the price on me. Again work was great but I kinda feel like I was made to look crazy when the price wasn’t the same

I just paid $79 for the longest bad looking French manicure I’ve ever gotten, I have paint under my nail still after I pointed it out multiple times. Don’t waste your time or money or breath with these people, no discount no apology the lady honestly raised her voice at me when I asked why it’s was almost $80 for poorly done nails

False Advertising on Prices I got a classic manicure and classic pedicure, and they did a great job, but the manicure was supposed to be $20 with gel polish included in the price, and pedicure was supposed to be $35. Instead, they charged me for a Gel Manicure ($35) even though I didn’t get all the services that come with Gel manicure and they charged me $50 for the pedicure because i used the same polish as my hands. But none of them said it would cost me extra… I’m very disappointed although they did a good job, they charged me more than I should have paid..
