Perfect Nails

Sloppy, rushed, and careless from start to finish — just look at the photos. Old polish was left in the sides of my toenails, new polish was smeared onto skin, flooded into cuticles, and edges were jagged instead of clean. My big toe and thumb were left red from rough handling. The job was done hastily with zero attention to detail or pride in the work, and the attitude was rude and dismissive. No attention was given to customers walking in — just a get-it-done-quick approach. This is not quality work or professional service.

My $60 pedicure was really a $30 pedicure...if even. She rushed thru the whole volcano box I was done before the massage chair stopped 🙄. You would have thought I walked in 20 minutes to close. My sister pedicure was perfection but my lady with the Grey hair was off. She barely used the pumice pad on my feet like her arms was tired or something... but she instead used it to remove the mask from my legs and almost scrapped my legs raw with it... why would you do that it doesn't even make since to scrap someone's legs with a pumice pad??. She started doing my paraffin backwards I just took the bag from her the 2nd foot and placed my foot inside the right way she seemed shocked and confused how much easier it was 🤦🏾‍♀️. I left a review once but wanted to give them another fair try, and again I see why they barely have customers.

The worst pedicure I’ve ever had. Walked in at 9:50am picked color ( probably 4-5 min before I got in the chair) was done by 10:07am. The women didn’t scrub my feet for more than 5 seconds a piece. I know I could paint my toes better than what she did. They are just concerned with turnover rates instead of quality. I’ve left one other negative review in my life and this is worse. Will not be back.

They always do super super good on my nails. I always make my appt. with Brian. Never leave dissatisfied.

I have visited other salons over the years but always come back to Perfect Nails. The work is the absolute best and they take their time and make sure it’s how you want it. I’ve never had a problem, have been going for over 10 years. Prices do change depending on what you get, make sure to tell them exactly what you want- especially if it’s anything other than the norm. I even recommended them for manicures on children. My 10 year old loves visiting them and getting her nails done.
