Polish Nail Bar

8.16.25 I did not make an appointment, and it looked pretty full when I walked in. I asked how long was the wait for a pedicure and was told 15min. Ok Great! 30 min later I was shown to a chair. 15 min later someone came over. Definitely not a 15 minute wait for a pedicure. The fact that it was 45 min feels like they knew full well but undersold it to get the business. I absolutely would not have waited 45 min. Service: Organic Deluxe Pedicure ($45) Paint selection: 6/10. For regular polish the choices were not that great and while most places encourage looking at the gel polish options as they can be used for regular as well, they seemed to discourage this. They did not have the color i was looking for in regular polish (sage). Massage chair: 7/10. Not customizable and moderate pressure massage. Nail tools: 8/10. Individual packet that appeared to have been sterilized. Cuticle trimmers were sharp. Did not get all the "gunk/polish" from sides of big toe. Manual massage: 7/10. ~10 min total - with salt scrub, 1 min each leg, light pressure. With sugar scrub, 2 min each leg light pressure. With lotion, 2 minutes each leg, dynamic pressure/ more intentional. Movements were very fast and light for the most part, although better in the lotion part. Pedicure experience: 8/10. Reasonably relaxing experience, although nail technician had to apologize multiple times for things throughout the visit (the initial wait, leaving me to dry and then never coming back, etc). Nail outcome: 8/10. Nails are a bit uneven, and skin could be trimmed up a little better but all in all a decent pedicure.

I want to like this place because it’s in my little town but I’ve gone a couple of times now and both times haven’t been great. I walked in today and I said I could come back another time because they seemed busy but she insisted I stay and get my pedicure done. I have never had such a rushed pedicure in my life. The massage chair was set to 23 minutes and when she finished and started painting my toes I still had 8 minutes left on the chair. She was very distracted the whole time and kept looking at the door. With tip I paid $66 for a standard gel pedicure that lasted me less than 20 minutes and my skin is still rough, my polish looks awful and is all over my skin and to top it off, she burned my skin so bad after filing my toe nails that it still hurts tonight.

Kailynn did a great job, shape is just the way I like it. Only complaint is the base color for the French is a little too pink for my liking but other than that I love them!

I had a good experience! Staff were all friendly, the salon is really nice and clean. The tech that did my nails did a good job. My only qualm is it took an hour and a half for dip nails, making me late for a meeting. Anywhere else I’ve gone I’ve been in and out in less than hour. Also, their colors for dip are extremely limited. So if I go back, I’ll have to bring my own dip color as they didn’t have a color I would typically go for. Overall, it’s a friendly and clean establishment, that does good work.

My toe is infected after getting a pedicure and swollen. And the gel is already coming off. Bad application when i tried to get acrylic. Someone attempted to “fix” it for me. But in order for me to be happy it would have to be soaked off and redone bc it would’ve just popped off from water and things getting underneath. Just was hoping to have something close to home but not now.
