To begin with, I never write reviews for places but the service I receive every time I go to Mia Nails makes me want to! The staff here are truly amazing, and their customer service stands out every single visit. Whenever I need an appointment, they always find a way to fit me in. The team is so welcoming and warm from the moment you walk in until the moment you leave. They always greet you kindly and send you off with the same positive energy. Every time I leave, I’m beyond happy with how my nails turn out unlike any other salon I’ve been to. The environment is quiet, relaxing, and friendly. They offer water, candy, and even massages, which makes the whole experience even better. I genuinely love everyone who works here and how they make each visit a 10/10. They always make sure you get exactly what you want and that you leave feeling great about your nails. Highly recommend Mia Nails!

Been here over five times by now and every visit has been so smooth. Ryan works efficiently and always checks in to make sure you’re happy. His wife Mia is the sweetest, and delivers exceptionally well too. Seems like rest of the team works hard as well, and I’ve never seen any client walk out unhappy (or pretending to be) so far! The vibe is very calm and the salon is well maintained. Each client gets a separate box assigned for when they come back - a germaphobe’s dream! I’ve gotten acrylics, dip powder, and pedicures done, and everything lasts super long with no chipping. Great quality and pricing! If you happen to be in the Capital Region, go see them now!

First time there and they were amazing! Everyone was so friendly. You get a complimentary water and it is just a welcoming environment. Andy did my nails and I couldn’t have asked for better! I showed a picture of what I wanted for my birthday set and he gave me exactly what I asked for!

Went as a walk in very nice salon! My pedicure was amazing! My nails a different story the nail tech didnt listen and even i questioned why my nails were uneven he made excuses. Saying because i got tips with anc. Which i have gotten before and never had them look like what he did. Not even 30 mins after i got them done pne of the tips popped off while grabing my purse! I was going to a wedding and couldnt even go back to complain. So i glued it back on and the next day another popped off! So i had to just file them all down to where my natural nail growth. Very disappointed and wouldnt go back!

This is truly the best experience from Colonie to downtown Albany I continue to come here whenever I need a pedicure and they never disappoint! I've been to many nail salons where they treat me like a dollar sign instead of a paying customer who's in need of a amazing service experience. I've been coming to Mia's for over a year now!
