Marisse & Adiana are my girls 🫶 Marisse is easy to communicate with, extremely detail oriented, open and flexible with designs etc. and she has a steady hand! It took me ages to find a good manicurist in Santa Fe! I tried several different salons. I’ve been returning to Marisse for a few months now. I love the fun manicures she’s given me. She’s turned me into a nail girl! I have a manual job and my nails manage to hold up even after weeks of using my hands all day everyday. Anytime I have an inspiration photo for her, Marisse kills it. I always leave happy and she is down to do whatever trendy, detailed & intricate set of nails I ask for. Adiana has tinted my lashes and waxed and coloured my brows! She is always gentle and gives me a natural look. It’s so fun to have darker top and bottom lashes, and she is such a sweetie pie.

Breana was amazing!! She did exactly what I asked for and my hair looks the best it has ever looked. Definitely recommend her and the salon has a great environment.

Maria is not true to her word. She was terrible and unprofessional from the moment I walked in leaving me in the chair while she walked away and took care of a personal side matter of buying something for a friend. To telling me “dont cry k” towards the end of the cut (I should have known then something was wrong), To messing with her short pong tail telling me “ yeah I know I cut my hair too and eh” to the follow up and connect afterwards. I DO NOT recommend her or anyone from Trove for that matter. This is the WORSE cut I have ever been given in my 37 years of life. I have been crying since the moment I got in my car leaving the salon. How she cut my hair is NOTHING like what was referenced and the picture we used as reference which she kept looking at several times during the cut making me think she knew what she was doing and I was in good hands. Mind you, I was NOT facing the mirror this entire time so I didn’t know what was happening till the very end. And it’s nothing like what her and I talked about! I told her I wear my hair straight mostly so wanted the TEXTURED layers like in the photo long so they bled easily. She gave me super SHORT choppy layers. Obviously I know it’s not going to be exactly like photos or even styled the same but the cut she did is very different and NOT what was communicated. She did her own thing. When I first reached back out to her she said she was sorry and would return my money to immediately turn around and say she wouldn’t return it and blamed me and my hair for having too much of it and she flat out said she cut it how she needed to. NOT HOW I WANTED OR ASKED OR AGREED. and said she was her own boss and I can’t tell her how to do her job. I stayed up all night and morning trying to figure out what to do with my hair that makes me look something other than a 70s man or an 80s hairband rocker. I even asked repeatedly if I could go back in so she could show me how I can style this cut she did. She continued to just blame me having a lot of hair and feeling this way because I initially had long hair and now I don’t and it’s an extreme change so that’s the only reason why I feel this way and it’s not her fault. when that is NOT the case. I’ve had real short hair plenty of times. Its not shock I’m feeling. It’s heartbreak and let down from someone who is a “professional” and led me to believe she knew what she was doing to butchering my hair. And It’s because it’s not what we discussed at all it. If at ANY point she didn’t understand or wasn’t comfortable with doing the cut she should have STOPPED and we could have communicated more. It’s terrible and not even close to what I asked for! My appointment was booked specifically with Maria because she has stated on the website “25+ years of experience, I specialize in personalized hair styling and color, creating tailored experiences that keep clients returning. Known for my expertise in cutting, coloring, and treatments, I adapt quickly to trends and recommend new products to enhance client satisfaction.” So I thought she really was great. But I am NOT satisfied at all. And now not only will she not help me learn how to style this mess she creates she won’t return the money she already sais she would so now have to spend even more to go else where to a TRUE professional so fix her mistake. If she did it correctly and how she was asked to and didn’t make any mistakes then why not SHOW me how to mange it then? It’s because she knows she’s in the wrong. Photos are one she looked at for reference and the photos of what I got. It’s sadly worse in person. I will never return to her recommend anyone to her or to Trove.

Yvette is like a magician or a mad scientist with hair. She is so passionate and just knows how to make your hair look awesome! I have long, dark brown, box died hair that I wanted warm golden blonde highlights and lowlights all through it. I told her, please do not to turn my hair orange. She created a look beyond what I envisioned. It is warm, golden, and blended beautifully. She did not quit until she was satisfied and did not hurt me on the price…which she could have for the time she spent on it. This woman has to be one of the top hair dressers. You’d be crazy not to book her! Thank you Yvette!!!
