Princess Spa and Nails

I had such a wonderful time at Princes Spa and Nails! Sue is absolutely amazing! My feet had been in a bit of a rough patch since I couldn’t get them done, but Sue made them look refreshed and well-cared for. I absolutely love her attention to detail! I’m very particular about my cuticles and nail shape, and she did an amazing job. My toenail cuticle looks amazing, the shape of my nails is exactly how I want it, and I love it, my heels are perfect and smooth. I love how she double-checked and made sure she didn’t miss anything. Thank you, Sue! After years of searching, I finally found my go-to person!

Haliee ate down with my nails! I also got a luxury pedi from this lady(didnt catch her name) but my French tips came out so nice! Everyone there was so nice and amazing also have great energy! Gel X fullset and luxury pedi came out to $140 and that was a very reasonable price then other place and does amazing!

I have gone to princess for many things including pedicures and new sets in the past. I haven’t gotten my nails or toes done in a few months and decided to treat myself for my birthday. My nails were amazing other than the thumb nails which were a little large but i filed those down myself. As for the pedicure, I genuinely walked out and cried over the experience. My water was cold for the entire thing. The employee didn’t ask how it was or anything. Didn’t ask if the towels were hot etc. I also ALWAYS have the little electric callus drill used because i’m pretty rough on my feet. It was not used and I left with my feet still rough feeling. I’ve never left a pedicure feeling so upset and with such rough feeling feet. I did speak with someone higher up and was offered 10% off my next visit but honestly that didn’t help much as I do not want to come back. I paid $74 for something I shouldn’t have paid for at all and was offered 10% off my next visit but that didn’t remedy the situation at all because I will not be returning to princess. Unfortunately I will be switching nail shops due to this.

I went in specifically for a french dip manicure because previous reviews stated that Eric was fantastic at them. I wish that had been my experience. Unfortunately my nail experience was not a good one. Everyone was nice enough but my nails turned pretty bad. Eric left spots of my previous dark color on three of my nails which shows clearly through my new french dip, he left thick dip powder shelves underneath my nails and on my nail beds. Nearly all of my nails have noticeable lumps, lines, and imperfections under the product, and the tips were unevenly filed. Once the product was on my nails, there was barely any filing done and it shows. He only drilled underneath my nails when I asked him to and even then he only drilled two or three of them. The finished product resulted in very thick, uneven, lifting, spotted nails. A huge bummer for sure. If you are looking for the prefect french dip (or even a halfway good one), this isn’t the place.

Best mani pedi experience EVER. Got the “tap” manicure with a Christmas nail design. Jenny, the owner, is the best for my nails, but you can’t go wrong. All talented, creative, and meticulous. Nhi gives the most amazing pedicures.
