My favorite one-stop shop for all beauty and wellness services. So many packages and membership options. The spa is absolutely beautiful and serene. Their menu of facial services has something for everyone and their estheticians are thorough and attentive to your personal needs. A monthly massage membership that discounts services and allows you to swap for a facial instead if you wish. And the hair stylists are stacked with experience and talent. I highly recommend paying them a visit and speaking to one of their receptionists who will give you a tour and answer all your questions.

The pedicure I received on 8/16/25 was horrible. The woman who did my pedicure was very nice, the staff was extremely accommodating, the establishment was beautiful, and it smelled very good. Before I was taken to the pedicure room, I was taken to a rack that contained polishes of different colors. I told the woman that I wanted white. She picked out a white polish without telling me that that particular polish was $10 additional. I only learned that at checkout. After the pedicure, I bent forward to look at my feet and was instantly upset. She did not cut my cuticles, the filed nails were uneven, and my polish was so lumpy you could literally see how lumpy they were ten miles away. She saw the horror on my face and instantly asked if I was happy, and the look I gave her told her otherwise. She asked if she could redo my toes, and I told her NO. She tried to insist, but I didn't want her to touch my feet again. Two days later, I got my feet redone at a DIFFERENT salon, and I am very happy now.

Christina G was professional yet caring. My facial was the best. It was customized to me which is amazing. I can’t wait until my next one. My haircut was by Jon. He is so meticulous about every single hair that the cut is perfect. It lasts long and grows in beautifully.

Let’s start!! Last year my best friend bought me a gift certificate to go for a relaxing day!! WELL THIS PLACE WAS WORTH IT!! I wish I would have went earlier! Location - was a bit far but it’s worth the trip. From where I live it’s about a 45 mins drive no traffic.. 8/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Facility - 😍😍😍 in the small complex I love that the hair, pedicures, massages, and facials are all separated from each other. When I tell you the moment we walked in it was amazing!! You walk in and you were greeted and took care of right away.. The massages were downstairs away from the noise from the blow drying and other customers. I felt like I was in heaven on another planet 100/10⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Front Desk - Annette was by far the most patient women ever!! She helped us with the booking and the confusion (which its a very long story) but she was just amazing amazing amazing!! 10/10⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Cleanliness - Just wow I did not feel that it was dirty everything looked well cleaned. Organization was on point!! 10/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Masseuse - 😭😍 1Million percent out of this world!! I would love to put her name here but I wouldn’t be able to do that because I want to keep her for myself I’m so sorry.. She was very sweet, attentive, quiet, made sure I was ok, took care of me and I fell asleep during my massage which has never happened before! She answered all the questions I had for her and asked me if I was comfortable. 1hr 30min was worth it - Do it! 100/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Facial - This was my first facial ever done and absolutely worth it and I will go again!! Nadine explained everything to me on my face in the beginning and answered all my questions and concerns. Then after the first 15 mins she continued to work on my face and massage as well. Soooo relaxing and it was amazing I would recommend her for sure!! 100/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outdoor Seating - This view was just out of this world.. Who knew you can have a great view while waiting and be outdoors with the sun shining and no noise around you!!!! 10/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Side Note: BYOB Also there are restaurants near by so that you can eat in between before or even after!! I recommend this place 20/10 times!

Great experience today at Mosaic once again !!! Sonja washed my hair which left me feeling super rejuvenated. I got the most amazing blow out from Jon ! My hair hasn’t felt this good in a while . Great bounce and shine . His energy is amazing I highly recommend him. Thank you so much Mosaic❤️❤️❤️❤️
