I recently had a massage with Diane and can confidently say she is the absolute best masseuse I have ever been to—and I have visited high-end spas all over the world. Her expertise is truly unmatched. Diane was incredibly attentive, maintained the perfect pressure (right off the bat!), and was a pleasure to talk to. Crucially, she recommended additions that made a meaningful, impactful change to my body. I was in a lot of pain prior to the massage, and I left the facility feeling utterly amazing and restored. The facility itself greatly contributed to the experience. The overall environment is very calming. The locker rooms are very nice, and I appreciate that a shower is available. The waiting room is a wonderful, thoughtful touch; the combination of tea, a heated shoulder wrap, and coloring books is a perfect way to relax before the service starts. Overall, this was an unforgettable, five-star experience driven by Diane’s incredible skill. Highly recommended!

Spavia is a relaxing place to treat yourself. The spa has a calm, welcoming atmosphere, and the staff is professional and friendly. Massages and facials are generally very good, and the robes, tea, and quiet room make the experience feel special. That said, prices can be a bit high, and availability for appointments can sometimes be limited, especially on weekends. Overall, though, it’s a nice spot if you’re looking to unwind and enjoy a quality spa experience.

From the moment I walked in Sybil eased me into my first appointment so graciously. She set the tone for my wonderful experience. And Sarah is a gem! The. Best. Massage. I. Ever. Had. EVER!

While I thoroughly enjoyed Spavia, I was unable to utilize my credits that I had already paid over 300$ for due to not having a membership any longer. Which is odd, because you don’t NEED a membership to utilize their services. I find that highly unethical. In my eyes that is stealing. I have paid for services that I am supposed to be able to use in the future. Also, I was unable to utilize my services due to multiple brain surgeries and they still did not have any sympathy for my medical reasoning. I just cannot fathom the greed and lack of understanding in this world now.

On their site they posted 20% off for new customers. However when i went they said its applicable only over week days and not weekends. Felt properly cheated but paid . The service itself was ok but could be must better for the price point. Again the charges stated on their website was less than what they quoted in person. The reason was “ oh that is not facial that chest massage only” which was not stated on website. I would say its lots of bells and whistles but feels shady when coming to transparency. Wouldn’t go again.
