I love this spa My esthetician Trisha is very kind respectful and so sweet person great professional. The personal by the desk is very nice. The place always looks beautiful, clean and very enjoyable.

My first time at Spavia today. I was welcomed in by Liz who was absolutely amazing. She made me feel so comfortable. So friendly and very professional. I had the Signature Massage with Marcos who was fantastic. Loved the service and the atmosphere and vibe. I highly recommend it and looking forward to going back.

Honestly the best massage I've ever gotten. Suzi really knows how to work the tension out of your muscles. She's usually only there in Tuesdays but if you can you should definitely try to book her for your next appointment

I always have a wonderful experience at Spavia. I primarily visit for massages and facials, and I truly appreciate how attentive and thoughtful the staff are, they always check for any product allergies or areas of discomfort. The relaxing environment, including the cozy robes, adds to the overall experience. Diane is exceptional when it comes to massages. I highly recommend her!

So 3 weeks ago I made an appointment for myself and 3 daughter's for a spa/ lunch day I was told to get 4 appointments at the same time. I would need to reserve 3 weeks in advance. When we got there today to check in we were told 1 appointment was not until 3 :40. I informed the person i had made all 4 appointments at the same time She told me Friday morning they left a message that a masseuse had cancelled her shift and so they left a message We did not receive a message I asked if no one confirmed do they not make a F/U call She said it's not our policy So now my 3 daughters are having a day without me I will never book here again. They apparently don't understand good customer service
